MEXICO'S TOURIST HEAVEN SAYULITA, MEXICO

  • เผยแพร่เมื่อ 28 เม.ย. 2021
  • In this video I will show you the town of Sayulita located just 1 hour north of Puerto Vallarta in Mexico. I take the local bus in to the town and explore beaches, restaurants and more. Watch for cinematic drone shorts and video clips.
I had recently moved to the town of Puerto Vallarta in Mexico after traveling up all of the west coast of Mexico in the past. I had visited other amazing towns like Zihuatanejo, Manzanillo, Acapulco, Puerto Escondido, and more.

    Hola my friend!
Glad you made it to Sayulita.
The children in that town gives it so much life! While I was there, they were all out break dancing...lol later that evening, the gringos kept a couple of bars alive half the night! They sure know how to party...😆
I also fell in love with the way the men walked around patrolling on the horses. Even the horses got spirit..they dance too! 🐎
There’s definitely “a vibe” in Sayulita.

I visited Sayulita probably 6 years in a row, 20 years ago right after “Outside” magazine anointed it “Fav Beach” (or something like that ). At that time, you would be hard pressed to see 20 of those umbrellas up on the beach , now it appears it is so crowded the whole damn beach is umbrella alley. They were just then putting in the cobblestone street, and the town had one Internet cafe.
It looks like the world has discovered Sayulita :(

I'm planning my trip and SAYULITA, MEXICO is now in that plan. I used to surf a lot in California and the waves in Sayulita look tame enough for a man in his 60's. I'm going to go up the west coast of mexico for about 6 weeks. Your Vids are working well in my planning. You should make a trip to San Blas, which is about 150 km north of Puerta Vallarta. It's a small fishing village on the coast in the state of Nayarit. There is a bay there called Matanchen, and it has one of the longest surf breaks in the world, with single waves up to half a mile long. There also used to be boat trips into the jungle to see the monkeys and other tropical wildlife. Enjoy!

Pueblo Magico. Sayulita was a bit busier than I expected, probably better to take a bus, I had a hard time finding a place to park the rental car. I had planned to rent a surfboard but the waves didn't pick up until I was about to leave, I thought about renting a golfcart but didn't do that either. Would like to spend a few days exploring the area, all I got to see was the main road and the beach on my day trip. I would like to go back again. Nice video. I only saw one mask in the whole video, maybe things are starting to go back to normal again.

Check out Lo De Marcos just a few miles past Sayulita. The beach is the best in the area and the town is so much more charming and chill. Your videos are refreshing and funny. I always look forward to watching your latest adventures.

Oh wow Sayulita sure has grown.
Like 33 yrs ago i went there. There was only one restaurant in the town. If i recall correctly, it was an american woman who owned. That where the taxi dropped me off, of course then there was no internet...
So I asked the barkeep where there was accommodation?
That town then really was a one horse town.
2 guys drinking, a cop and a guy chatting.
The guy says hes got a place i could stay.
So i followed him on the jungle path which would be to the left of town.
We arrived to a beautiful complex of a main home with 3 round guest suites...i took one of them. I paid him daily in beer.
