There is another trick, if this one doesn't work: Press FN and SPACE BAR keys simutaneosly for a few seconds. This resets most keyboards to factory settings.

I have a redragon k565-rgb that do not work windows and Fn keys .... the problem is not hardware, same issue in anothers pc, so ..... my only hope is to do a hard reset procedure like in your video, but didn´t work for me, any ideas ?

You saved my work life! It worked on the first try: unplug usb, hold esc down, plug in after 5 seconds, immediately lit up! This was for a Logitech G213. Thank you so much!

I had an unbranded keyboard and mouse combination and after around 4 years the keyboard stopped working, it wasn't that it needed a new battery, that was the first thing I checked, it just stopped working I had a spare keyboard and mouse so I swapped too that until it stopped working also. I tried the unbranded keyboard and mouse again and it worked perfectly so I don't know why it stopped working the first time but I now have a spare keyboard and mouse that uses a wireless dongle in case the same happens again.

Ok so I literally tried everything to get the keyboard to work again on the internet and nothing would. What I did was let the laptop completely die and restarted and it worked. Was just something I wanted to try since literally every 5 videos I watched about system settings to uninstall predator sense did not work. I played a HD video on you tube so my laptop died faster. So grateful I decided to experiment. Hope it helps who ever has done everything and nothing has worked .

To all rog claymore 2 user that is experiencing keys not working try to remove ur kb battery mine works again damn low quality battery that asus install ijkl nm enter sometime s doesn’t work because battery iinstall froms these keys since ur battery got blotted there are 12 screws to remove in front of ur kb not side not back but only front screws need to un screw hope this helps rog user
