    I left EXP and not planning to return, I really needed an office and I wasn’t willing to pay for it, they said who needs an office, I do, and right now with my new brokerage, I have access to the office 24/7 in 2 cities, and let me tell you something, 90% of my clients want to meet in my office in person. Plus other things I didn’t like it much.

    exp is good if you are already producing, have a team, or are on a team - otherwise, it's extremely lonely and hard to get help when you have questions

    Not to mention of his previous video with eXp Realty telling how good the training is and how much they have for all the training one needs. Now he has switched companies and now he says they don't have any training. HMmmm. Interesting!. Makes you think. They have all the training they need. Oh they have no training for agents. Just saying!!

      Tons of support and training. I was frustrated in the beginning only to realize I was not going about the training the right way and not reaching out to the people who are there for you. Now I'm so overwhelmed with the support and training because I'm doing it the right way through communicating and support with the right group, teams etc... . But I believe you must choose what works for you.

    So they have financial issues?
    How does the profit share work exactly and how much can you make? My understanding is that you take a percentage of your agents' commission?
    I assume that to get in you need a team leader to take you in? Once in you need to create your own team or otherwise you do not participate in the profit share?
    Sorry, a lot of questions but eXp is quite a mystery and not very transparent.

    Love EXP. Work from home my own office and support is phenomenal. It's what works for you. I don't need to go in an office
    Everything is online and you meet thousands of people to support your business. If you don't put in the effort realizing this is your business no matter where you go you won't succeed. Go to the structure that works for you. First realtor franchise based I did not feel happy I left.

    I hate paper brokers that don't respond to your questions until you start cursing at them. This is what this company is. A bunch of paid employees that don't know shit about real estate and also possible too busy selling real estate to answer your questions. Do I have to send a text to Glenn Sanford to complain that their paper employees ignored my constant request for help???

    I kind of laugh a little bit about the training. I like to see how LPT Training is done for agents. No company that I have been with has a very good training program. I would like to hear how theirs is any better. If an agent doesn't ask for help in any brokerage they are in trouble.

    Thanks for explaining the cons of exp. I am there almost 3 years and I am waiting to cash out and leave next year. Too much frustrations that I don't like. I am also a dual state licensed. I picked the wrong upline and the sponsor remains silent. I text and called him too busy to answer my calls. I would never get a response or late response till I called someone else. When I made sales no congrats from anyone. Look at this Christimas time never a text or call how you doing. No invites to any Xmas party. Not like I will attend. I am basically lonely on this group. I didn't join exp on the other state because my upline knows no one to help me with how this state performs business. So I am stuck alone again. Don't know who or where to go for help. I contacted other agents at that state. They asked me since you didn't join under me I can't help you. Can you believe this shit. I have to join the right group to get their "Exclusive support and training". If I am asking questions on other group I get the cold shoulder. Second, I mentioned the bad paper brokers on my state that I am beyond frustrated. After texting, calling, emailing I get ignored. I paid this fee that means they work for me. Not to be ego about it. They should answer my messages in a timely manner. Third, I can't stand the stupid skyslope. I literally spent in every transaction I do 2 to 3 hours scanning and uploading all those stupid paperwork. There is so many paperwork that my clients don't want to sign and asked me some paperwork what is this and I don't know how to explain what it is because I don't know what the hell they are. It is a pain in the ass. After uploading the paperwork they are anal on the paperwork and more frustrations. Lastly, I hate the MLM recruiting bullshit of this company. They are not here to help me on real estate and constantly keep talking about recruiting so that they can make more money on the fees and no support. I watched so many agents keep bullshitting that exp is so good and that. what is so good about it that all you feel is anger inside!!!

      @@TheGoswitzTeamRealtors thanks for taking the time to comment. I think you can find success in any Brokerage. We can probably all agree that it’s not the brokerage that makes the agent/team… it’s the people. The question I would ask is, what’s going to allow that agent/team the best chance at success? I venture to say that it has a lot to do with that persons goals and how they want to achieve them. There’s great options all around us, what’s going to be best for you?

    • @TheGoswitzTeamRealtors
      @TheGoswitzTeamRealtors ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@livingindestinfortwaltonbeach I 100% agree it's the individual agent. I just find it annoying when an agent complains about not receiving enough support at any brokerage. I mean goodness gracious all you have to do is pick up the phone. Go shadow an agent in another market. TH-cam offers endless amounts of education for FREE. There is plenty of support out there and agents who are willing to help at ANY brokerage. I highly doubt an agent like Cafe Late who seems to complain about everything is going to find success by switching from brokerage A to B.

    My brokerage has an excellent program 70/30 split for all new agents with a 10 deal cap with training and classes while in the training program. With this you get a mentor and weekly meetings. Since I’ve completed it the program I’m on 100 percent that restarts in October of this year. I also pay $99 desk fee that includes e&o insurance with printing and dotloop
