    as a brand new agent who joined exp, i have decided to leave. A brand new agent NEEDS proper training and support, not emailing and texting back and forth to get answers. As far as training, it's all videos mostly and watching video after video is just not working out for me, led to boredom. Learning is done by doing, one on one and in person, exp is just not a supportive environment for brand new agents. It's a great model for agents with experience under their belts who can work independently without much guidance needed, plus they get to take more commission home. For brand new agents, it's a chaotic and overwhelming virtual brokerage where you're pretty much left to figure things out on your own or you end up emailing people at exp back and forth to get answers, which to me just doesn't seem effective or efficient.

    After 6 years with a traditional brokerage model, I made the move to eXp about four months ago. Very pleased with the model, the cap, the education, the mentorship, very pleased with everything. Tina is a hoot, she just turns on the camera and starts talking, never says "uhhhh" or uses a cut, because she knows what she's talking about! eXp is a winner!

    This is one of the best explanations of the why EXP is exploding worldwide. After owning and the Coldwell Banker master franchise for all seven Latin American countries including Costa Rica Panama and Belize, with six franchise offices opened in less than two years, your explanation hits home exactly why not tying your hands behind your back with overhead, liability, business operations, eXp was a no brainer for me. Just celebrated my fourth year when I joined over 15,000 agents today there’s over 80,000 agents and 23 different countries. Thanks for Sharing and to build a better model to where the hard work of the agents have residual cash flow at retirement.

    I just want to have a mentor who actually answers calls or texts during important transactions. Help me with questions a client may have or when I have something done in a transaction, what is the next step in the transaction. I don't want to screw up the transaction and I want to make sure it's done correctly. I see a lot of TH-camrs who have a big team but people say how they never seem to be there when they need them in important times. I just passed my exam yesterday so I am looking into EXP. I have been researching the past year though.

    In all the videos that I have watched about EXP, I can’t find a single reason NOT to become an agent with them. I am in the process of moving my lic. to them.
    I had an opportunity to move to them several years ago, but the agent I met with was not clear on the model. I declined. I wish I had someone like you to go thru the opportunities EXP has. I have come across several people who have had the same thing and they passed as well. They are now with EXP. Live and learn.

    I’ve been a new agent in Ohio for the last year with only having 1 transaction and currently have a commercial listing. Fees are due soon and my husband had invested so much money for this and not really any return . I’ve recently heard about EXP but it’s hard to sign on when you have to put $149.00 up front along with $85.00 a month. Thanks Angie

    Just passed the exam and I’m confused because one of the legal requirements of being a realtor is having a physical location for signing documents.

    • @tinacaulshow
      @tinacaulshow  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, Jonathan! I'm not sure where you are located, but those are not the rules here or anywhere in the US that I'm aware of for a brokerage. You will usually be signing documents for closing on a home at an attorney's office or closing specialist (escrow agent) office depending on your state laws.

      It doesn't. Real, LPT, Canzell, Epique and so many more came after exp. REAL has been in the biz the same time as exp and only has 9,000 agents and we have 90,000. You can always be cheaper and say you're the same but we all know there is a difference. One company came from true genius and the others followed after trying to be better. Doesn't mean they are bad, they are just not the same innovation and I want to hang my hat on something legit than a knockoff. No offense to any of those companies. I just know who leads this company and I like how it's run and where it's going :)

    As a former re/max agent, I’m not surprised. That model is sadly dying a slow death.

    But KW owners also share half of the profits with the agents that helped them grow, I'm still trying to see why exp is better than any other Company

      correct. Half of the "profits" AFTER all expenses. eXp shares the revenue BEFORE the expenses so it's 10x more :)

      Hi Barry- You can join under whomever you choose. It's a great company and your sponsor is important as they are your business mentor.

    Sadly any agent can make these errors nof just EXP as it's the person who is to blame. I've seen dishonesty everywhere

      So true! We just have a community that supports through a shared desire to learn and grow - which you won't find at a lot of other companies.
