    i just joined as a brand new agent and i will be changing to a different one, i believe exp is not the best for a new agent especially when working independently. It's not about being a self starter or not, it's about getting a good solid foundation, learning by doing which i feel exp lacks. I got tired of emailing people back and forth for questions i needed answered, i got tired of watching their training videos, you learn by doing not watching video after video, exp is good for agents who already have some experience under your belt

    Key thing in this video people are missing is when he said this, “successful agents will be successful at any brokerage”.🙏🏿

    I’m currently working towards getting my license. I’ve been looking at joining a local team that just so happens to be partnered with EXP! I just discovered this video today! Thank you for confirming that I’m on the right path!

    I recently discovered your channel and really appreciate your helpful content. I'm a full-time Cost Analyst in the Nashville, TN area, and I'm looking to get started in real estate part-time with the goal of eventually going full-time. EXP sounds like an excellent brokerage to consider. Looking forward to connecting in the future!

    Okay, you've convinced me. I will be passing my real estate exam in Texas within the next 30 days and would love to be a part of your downline. I'll reach out when I'm not so busy.

    Im a brand new agent and my local brokerage offers me a 5050 if they bring a lead and 6040 if I do, if i hit 6million in sales the commission is 70/30 how does that sound? Any suggestions? Other interviews have been 6040 none have been 50/50 butnthese are the big companies. As a new agent would it be better a small company so i can get more of a 1 on 1 training?

    Hey Mark. Quick question. Im currently taking my real estate classes. When i get my license. Im interested in joining EXP. Im wanting to be a niche agent helping investors find deals. Interested in possibly joining a team that works with investors to find deals. Any advice.

    Hey Marc, question? I am currently doing my courses online but I am leaning toward joining EXP when I'm finished mostly due to the lower commission splits after the first three house new program. Do you think it is worth it to join a team or just do the three houses and go out on my own especially if I know other realtors from KW's who are willing to help ship over some leads for commission splits? (point #5)

      Usually recommend team bc you'll get way more reps, way sooner & you can always go solo later on

    Where and how to find a good, very successful team in my area ? I appreciate any advice.

      Start with the area you want to serve and go look at who is selling the most in that area. Go to EXP FB Workplace for your state and ask who is hiring and what teams are exceptional.

    Why do you need exP when you can go online by your own from start and don't pay all those fees and expecting to get back your hard earned money by owning stocks. If someone is good he or she will be good to attract and retain their customers no matter what and still get a commission from their agents ? Do I miss something?

    I'm currently in the process brokerage shopping and I think to start out the two brokerages that Ive considered are eXp and KW, one of the things that makes me lean with KW is the fact that I am gonna have more support. I plan to be licensed in two states GA, & SC Im just trying to find a brokerage just to commit to? The thing about starting out is trying to figure out what type of brokerage I want to be with

    • @freedomagentswithmarcbrenn1297
      @freedomagentswithmarcbrenn1297  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The support you receive will have to do more with who you align yourself with at either brokerage. Don't count on the brokerage company itself for anything. Also - unless you have business on a platter in both states, you need to focus on just one state for now. Do you want to feel good about yourself because you're licensed in 2 states, or do you want to sell a lot of homes?
