By not granting bails where enquires are prolonged on flimsy grounds or with no reason, these agencies are getting support of courts.
Eradicating corruption of various nature is welcome.but it may not target the opposition for political gain.

Great work honourable Supreme Court. Most of the cases of ED seem are falling flat because of its vengeful conduct instead of a transparent, impartial and professional investigative work.

It seems surprising SC warns an agency or warns it , says that an arrest was illegal etc but never punish it. If I do any thing illegal and a court knows it I will be punished

@@gaffurshaik311 This is an illogical argument. There is no law which states that because a politician represents lakhs of voters he should be given special treatment. Law is same for all. So if power is being misused by ED and CBI against a common man then Supreme Court should handle it the same way as it does for politicians.

Court can point out procedural errors in arresting but for such errors like not informing the accused in writing must not free the accused. This could cause havoc in the country..
Court said clearly in the case of prabir purkayastha that his offenses are not absolved but cop's error of not informing him before arrest made the court to free him as a punishment to police.

CJI should not entertain lawyers of liquor scam and give dates on daily basis. Where as cases that are pending for decades don’t come to bench. This raises partiality and friendship between CJI and SC lawyers. Cases should go as per first come first serve basis

CJI is the head of authority who can take action against any one, if CJI feels that the concerned executies of central or state government, after taking oath as per constitution are working against it, they should be removed / suspended for six months till the enquiries are cleared, and in between electiins to a state or central government are to be conducted with a newly posted executives to have a free and fare elections. If such serious actions come into force, see howmuch we all will be happy with our rules and regulations of such.

'Stop don't misuse power'. Bus itnahi kr sakta hain Bharat ki Supreme Court ki CJI. Misuse of power with regards to funtioning of EVMs have been ckearly demonstrated by senior lawyers and Parliamentarians. The CJI is twiddling his fingers. What makes.him so wary of acting against the EC. Order for repoll with ballot papers. There is enough evidence to take this decision.

What's special interest in those VVIP illegal financial cases accusers n restricts the investigation agencies to do their own role?? They're failed to honour their own verdict to hear these political cases. Few politicians even sitting in CM chair who's on bail with conditions. Despite trucks load trunks reports submitted decades before. Why not update their own system n bring own reforms in their own system to deliver justice within stipulated time.

SC has to give substantive solution to these nagging questions and genuine doubts of the common men.

CJI does not have to support the corrupt...soon all will become transparent including judges collegium system and the corrupt attendance of anti national elements' pleas on priority basis Nd even during midnight while many are languishing in jails for mo fault of theirs but these judges lack of giving them any justice of attendance.

just warning to EDD is not sufficient, put them in jail and suspend their services if they done guilty or arrest illegally using their power. Its not acceptable in democracy country.
