The problem is that our Judiciary has now been filled with good number of Judges who are more inclined to have "Politician like publicity" sacrificing "Judge like DIGNITY ".
A nationwide debate in schools is needed on colonial judiciary & laws, integrity and competence of those who lead them.
If Kejriwal can be released and allowed to conduct political rallies and meetings, saying it is the fundamental rights of a citizen. Voting is also a fundamental right of every citizen, so why not grant permission of a few days to allow people in Jails to Vote. This opens up a huge pandora box which is created by the Judiciary.
Judiciary is deviating from its duty of delivering JUSTICE. Instead it is biased, in rendering bails to criminal politicians.
It's very unfortunate .people like Sibal etc, who are floating with money will do more to save the criminals

It is true that HC is misusing that order but the truth is that case(ED Arvind Kejriwal) and situation is different. Now a days i can't believe in some HC judges they truly are involved in politics. They are misuse that as they want.
Confusion in judges regarding Kejriwal case
Hon judges have opened a flood gate. Now all criminals will be out on bail on the pretext of campaigning for election. Mr Kapil Sibal has already declared that Aravind Kejriwal can exercise his duties as CM, even though SC has clearly barred it. Now with Mr Sibal pronounced his verdict the Hon SC will fall in line. It’s really shocking that some lawyers can dictate and enforce their will on the courts. More than 5 crores cases are pending in various courts. Unfortunately the Hon SC itself is creating bad precedents.

Viewing all the judgements of the courts common man is loosing their faiths on judicial system of this country ,it seems that the judges are in some understanding with some famous lawyers and succumbing to their pressures.😡😡😡😡😡

There is difference between PMLA vs IPC....but yes you can relate with precedent case judgement but you can't rely solely on precedent case merits... understand evidence will be colabaratory not conclusive while taking precedent case law...

Why to Blame Honorable Judges? Judges give Judgement on evidences and proof. But that does not mean any wrong thing should be allowed just because of a judgement which has different parameters. It would be good if Honorable CJI clears and notify the review if required. Judges in High courts or other courts should be cautious when such Judgements are posed and interpretation of Judgement must be proper and clear.

It seems getting favourable court orders starts with getting advocates favoured by the courts ! Affording such favoured judges depends on quantum of corrupt money in hand. Common citizens simply are unable to afford such advocates! Justice for commoners are outside the purview of courts. For them its Allah or Jesus or Ram bharose!

AK case arrest itself questionable and is in progress. AK not applied for bail and a gentle Indian Citizen and right to campaign for election . SC bail 100 % correct. But lawyers saying wrong is for one or other reason which is undemocratic. This shows politics entered into judiciary and sorry state of affair.

The SCI judgement reg. Kejriwal was a good, rational & sane one. It was a very narrow judgment & limited in scope & scale. They also made it clear that it would not have any precedentiary value.
However, there has been rampant non-application of mind by various HC judges in this regard.
Either they have not read/understood the SCI judgement, and/or they don't care, and are going by their own personal/political beliefs/convictions.
However, this is nothing new...the conduct of many to most lower courts (incl. various HC judges) is simply appalling! They often defy not only basic legal principles, but also a basic understanding of law, as well as common sense & logic!
bjp wanted to put every opposition leader to put in jail and then contest elections like General Alladin of Wadia from the movie The Dictator but the Supreme court saved the democracy by doing the right things which were needed to save our Democracy, hence bjp leaders and Andhbhakts are going mad and it was expected 😂
SC is right. Personal liberty of any person cannot be allowed to be violated.
