We have the greatest faith in our Mr Kapil Sibal, unlike so many holding Constitutional posts who have openly ditched the common man to protect the political classes. We have implicit faith in Mr Sibal who has never been known to tar the institutions he is a member of, unlike many officials from Constitutional posts whom we can see playing dirty tricks or acting impotent and thereby not doing their duty. Ex President has no right to air his reservations, when he himself advocated against the SC judgement in a petty manner by going from the back door to approach the President of India with that malicious letter. It's a wonder how he got elected to this high post. He was most unworthy!
Seems like Senior Advocate Mr.Adish C Aggarwal forgot his past. In 2015, Mr. Adish C Aggarwala published Narendra Modi - A Charismatic & Visionary Statesman (with Sarah J. Marchington), which contains forewords from several Bharatiya Janata Party and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh members. During the unconstitutional Electoral Bond judgement, in March 2024, Mr.Adish C Aggarwala, under the office of the President of the Supreme Court Bar Association, submitted a request to the President of India, Droupadi Murmu urging her to seek presidential reference of the apex court judgement in the electoral bonds scheme case and not to give effect to it unless the top court has reheard the matter.This was met with a condemnation by the SCBA, arguing that the "members of the committee have neither authorised the President (Mr.Adish C.Aggarwala) to write any such letter nor do they subscribe to his views as expressed therein. Now he is alleging the influence of political parties to Senior Advocate Mr. Kapil Sibal present President of Supreme Court Bar Association, doesn't make any sense.
