The power of contempt has been provided for various valid and cogent reasons. Otherwise lawlessness and disobedience of orders rendering the justice system meaningless.

CJI takes contempt action, "Dont disobey SC order". Modi disobeyed CJI Chandrachur's order on Electoral Bonds declared 'Unconstitutional and harmful to the nation". He banned the Electoral Bonds. Modi promptly printed fresh Rs 10000 crore Electoral Bonds and linked them to the market. But Chandrachur didn't take the required action as per law.
Contempt action will be passed; who will act?

Once the judgment is pronounced it becomes a public document and is open for debates as well as criticism and that ain't prohibited. What you cannot do is to disobey the order, criticize or ascribe motives to the judge.
