These new hotch potch laws will play havoc with the criminal justice system. These Laws were pushed through both the houses of Parliament without thorough debates and discussions in spite of vociferous demand for debates and discussions made by the opposition MPs of both Houses of Parliament.
By the way, this case should have been taken up by a larger Bench of at least 5-Judge Judges.

During the British Rule the Judges had to go Britain and the summer is very hot and AC was not there so vacation was implemented, now within India such vation is not necessary.
Are you aware of the hours a judge works per day? They have to study cases at home and prepare decisions for the next day.

The case should be brought up in the court of CJ D Y Chandrachud or Justice Sanjeev Khanna post the summer vacation provided NDA is not washed away from power on 4th June, 2024.
