Absolutely bang on.. proper chap ..decent chap...why did I watch this??? All because I'm going to do my mod 2 n was looking for a bike that was similar to the one I learn on and before I watched this I wanted a gsx650f but this guy just summed it all up for me..so yes this is the bike I want(late model)going back to the guy???kinda learnt something from him too..which is humility....we can all learn something once every day and fore today I learnt 2 things..one the bike was awesome and two people are the same globally, they want to work provide for the ones they love and we are all the same no matter the language . Well done , bang on achieving your goal.

Interesting story....we travel lots too and people don't realise how much hard work it can be. Camping is hard on your body, the bike is hard work on the road mile after mile after mile with wind buffeting and noise unlike a car which is comfy and you can eat and drink whilst on the road. Well done you for completing the journey.

It was great the support you got from the biking community, it must have made a big difference, having a place to stay, and someone to talk to. So, very well done to them, and I hope you continue your travels safely. Thanks for all your efforts, and keep riding safe. Gavin Fraser thanks very much! You’ll not regret your trip but as much time as possible there is a must. The roads are slow (but that’s a good thing). You can shave time off getting there by using overnight ferries within Scandinavia to get to and from Norway but depends on your budget. Enjoy!

@@TheArcticRider Yes. I took the trip on june 27.Went from Riga to Tallin. Then to Helsinki by ferry. And from Helsinki rode straight up to Nordkapp. I took E75 route. In Finland it was +30c, and my rear tyre started to worn out rapidly. And the only repair shop who could fix my bike, was in Nordkapp(it was saturday). I was't giving up. I rushed to Nordkapp, and got there by evening. Called Ben(Motor-Sport Nordkapp owner. Absolute professional, reccomend) and arranged repairs on sunday. I spent that evening in a tent up in Norkapp. Air temp was about +7c, with heavy wind and rain it felt like +2. In the morning i woke up in a puddle of water. But thankfully my tent was dry from the inside. After that, went to repair my bike, had a great chat with Ben, and went on my way up till the end. Weather up there changes every 10 minutes. I went up to Nordkapp in heavy fog, and a fter a couple minutes sun was shining. Spent there an hour or so, and started my trip back home. All trip took me 7 days (6 nights), i lived most of the nights in a tent, near by a lake or a river. I went completely solo. No riding buddies, nothing. But along the way, i met a lot of riders and had a really great time with them. For me, this was a first big trip. It was pretty challenging, but worth every secong. I am still super hyped about it. And actively planning a trip for next summer. Sorry for this huge message:D Take care.

      @@TheArcticRider Tahnk you for asking:)
I actually did it. I packed my stuff on my bike and just rode. I went from Riga to Tallin, took a ferry to Helsinki and from there rode along E75 straight up to Nordkapp. I spen a total of 7 days and 6 nights on this trip. On day 3 i noticed my rear tyre had started to worn out rapidly. And it was saturday. No repair shop in Finland could take me. I managed to call Motor-Sports Nordkapp. And arranged repairs. I still had about 750km to get there. Got to Nordkapp by 23;00 and called Ben( the owner of repair shop.) and we arranged a meetup on sunday. Ben is an absolute legend. If anyone needs repairs done in Nordkapp, he is the only one i would recommend.
I spent a night in a tent 35km from my goal, waiting for sunday repairs. Woke up in a puddle of water, but luckily my tent was dry. For contrast, in Finland air temp was +30c, and in Nordkapp +7 with heavy rain and wind, so it felt like +2c. And i had forgotten my thermo wear at home. After the repairs were done, had a small chat with Ben and continued my trip up. I reached the North cape on day 3 and spent an hour or so there and decided to rush my way back home. That day i rode about 830km( 12 hours) with small stops ever 100-200km. And reached my previous camping ground. Rain got me 7 or 8 times i dont even remember anymore. All ride was like-Wet, dry, wet, dry and so on. But i still endured. For the last night, i went for an air bnb. Got a small room with warm bed and hot shower in Helsinki. I slept like a baby for about 16 hours:D And the next day without rush. Got to ferry, and got home by the evening.
I am riding only a second season. But i always wanted to do long meaningfull trips. After watching your video and a lot of Motology films, i got so inspired, i knew i just have to do this. And i went for it. Completely solo. With few interactions with other riders along the way. The trip was pretty challenging, but worth every moment.

I'm in the United States, and I own a very rare in America, 2008 Suzuki GSX650F. I bought it about a year and a half ago. I absolutely love this motorcycle! I bought it with 28k miles on it. It has 36k miles now and it still runs great! I love the 2008 only slightly darker medium blue our 650F's have... I can't recall the name of the blue, but I love the looks of it.
Anyway, thank you for making this incredible video for us! I enjoyed the entire video! I put it in my 2008-2015 Suzuki GSX650F playlist. I also gave it a like and I will subscribe after this comment. Safe travels! Cheers 🍻
