I had an overwhelming amount of work this week and Im about to start a series of meetings and presentations that trigger my anxiety while dealing with my PMS. Needed a way to cultivate selfcare without struggling too much. Thank you for this Lucy, loved the color palette and the images you used. I would LOVE to have more of these. Especially at Sundays in the weekly calendar ❤

I’ve gotten so weak and lost a lot of weight and of course muscle too. 😢 and now am ready to start building my strength back and calming the nervous system. It’s taking me quite a little while this time. I’m older now to. 65. And I have never been this ill so it’s taken Quite a toll on me emotionally, physically and mentally.
