    such great information!! I would love to see more information ( a video!!) on the gut brain axis. I have lived with PTSD most of my life, and have had leaky gut for 20 plus year, so getting more insight on the gut brain axis would be fantastic. ( watching your videos I also finally realized that my food sensitivity explosion coincided with nasty food poisoning while in Nepal. I finally have a specific trigger.... for what that's worth)

    I agree with your sentiments on the low fodmap diet.. also there’s not enough discussion about the aspects of this diet that aren’t covered and really should be eliminated completely like grains especially wheat and soy, all dairy and all the processed and refined carbs that are supposedly low fodmap.. it just allows people to do a diet of health half assed and wonder why their symptoms don’t improve.

    During fasting, my natural motility has improved! This is a problem for those of us who have inflamed/injured intestines, most of US here.... I.F. has helped my gastro issues so much!!     The carbs is a useful piece of info. Is that any carbs, like dietary fiber or just "net carbs"? I've been working on things and it seems cutting carbs helps a lot but I don't want to do more damage than good.

    Hello dr DiNezza how do I go about becoming one of your patient. I’ve been sick for several years and doctors can’t find anything mechanically wrong with my digestion. I believe I have low stomach acid and low mucus overall. (Constant Hangover feeling, Brain fog, 40 pound weight loss mostly muscle).

    Great video and helped me understand a bunch of things, thanks! However, I am surprised you've mentioned a vegan diet as part of your list of 'restrictive diets'. I believe it is widely known by nutritional scientists that as long as a person gets enough calories in a day, they've gotten enough protein. I think someone who only eats carrots or broccoli by itself would be restrictive, and that shouldn't be called a vegan diet, it is perhaps more like disordered eating. Whereas a regular whole food plant based (vegan) diet is not a restrictive diet. Would you perhaps agree?

    Thank you so much for such an informative video. I have been literally suffering with severe food intolerance, leaky gut and very low digestive enzymes.     Hi, I am little confused here. You say that when you fast the microbes that feed on mucus multiply doesn't that mean that they will eat the mucus and there will be less of it?

    When I'm eating. I'm bringing up a clear, thick,sticky substance, which I assume is mucus. I've tried taking Apple Cider Vinegar and HLC before meals, but this makes things worse. Please help 🙏

    My mom had tons of mucus in her stool . Dr said it’s ok ?🤔 few yrs later she found out she had cancer in her stomach. It has mutated into a cancer they couldn’t diagnose. Or know how to treat . I’m curious if all that mucus was a sign of a sick stomach .. and cancer ?

    I would love to see a video that you want to share. Herbs to help regulate the Gut Brain access. What supplements to heal or aid the motility, to remove the bloating, to heal or stop the pressure in my intestine. I do plan to call and hope to work together to heal. Just need to get money. I know it's not free. My SSI isn't enough so I'll need to save.

    Hi.well I fasted for 120 hours und it brought my microbiom realy down.. the I had to take strong antibiotics 45 days later . Now gastritis chronic, gastritis acute sopranos de Berrett.. hardly can eat food..lots of pain...I think very low acid. normally I ate fruits and vegies, sourdough bread.. once a week like 100 grams of chicken, fish or meat.
