Azuayi Alaku exactly! I’m used to warmups like this. You sort of get use to the pace and there is enough of a pattern to it that you can catch on. I think it depends on who you are though.
OMG I REALISED AT THE END THAT I DID THIS WHOLE WORKOUT WITH THE TH-cam SPEED AT 1.25!!! I was wondering why this was SO IMPOSSIBLE. I took 3 breaks!!!😂

I'm a trained Caribbean folk dancer from Trinidad and Tobago with over 20 years experience. Haven't really danced since I had my children. I'm definitely starting this tomorrow. I can't do those boring exercises. I'm pumped just by watching this.

i look terrible doing this workout for the first time but it was fun! great cardio warm up before i hit the weights!!! Note though: don't do this after leg day x'D also for those saying its too hard to follow it'll take time i took rest in between and didn't do all the moves right i went form following her to doing the modifications, when learning a new dance routine it takes time and practice if you look even anna got lost a few times and it was her third time, so keep trying, if you get lost just do a little in place job until you can catch up again!
I love her workouts, but for me they are not easy to follow, she does the moves fast, and jump of one move to another fast, without giving you indication of what we have to do.
I agree, majority of my workouts are dance orientated and I am not a beginner. But even after the warm up there is not a pre demo?It's just Jump jump, squat, smack the floor, knees, booty pop, neck snap. It's not easy to follow especially for those that are novices. I wouldnt even mind if the workout was longer in duration if it meant that we could see the sequence briefly first.
This is the best TH-cam workout video!!!! I loved the energy and the challenging movements. I am a dancer with the LA Sparks "Ole Skool Crew", and we dance hip hop so I am in dancer heaven. I subscribed and will work up to doing these videos every day. Cardio is king! Keep them coming. And to the comment about being "more white". Keep dancing - take it one move at a time. This was the most fun workout I have ever done. I was really second guessing working out today but I picked a dancing workout to get me in the mood to actually workout. But doing this workout totally lifted my spirits and I had so much fun doing this.! It's my first time with JJ but I would definitely do more of her workouts.

Been doing popsugar for about a month now. First time ever I've attempted this one. I really wasn't motivated when I started the video but pushed myself to do it and so glad I did. Such an amazing workout, so inspiring. I nearly cried at the end when JJ said 'you're bold if you're doing this for first time'. Felt so good. I will come back to it again and again:)

Girl I can't believe I made it through the entire session. Loved this intense cardio. The best dance workout I've done! At first I thought I needed different music but she kept it fun. Love her down to earth personality and encouragement. Especially when she said "wherever your arms go hunny" because min were definitely all over the place. LOL I'm still sweating. Great workout.

Girl I can't believe I made it through the entire session. Loved this intense cardio. The best dance workout I've done! At first I thought I needed different music but she kept it fun. Love her down to earth personality and encouragement. Especially when she said "wherever your arms go hunny" because min were definitely all over the place. LOL I'm still sweating. Great workout.
