Mid delete is the greatest option in my opinion. Still cruises quietly, cold starts are monstrous, and if you want it loud just put it in track mode so the valves are open. Still gets plenty of backfires with just a mid delete but way less drone.
Is track mode really as bad as they say I haven’t used track mode since I saw a video that said if you drive in track mode it could hurt the trans but is that true ?

@@6.4_julian47 it's like tow mode on a truck , it gives you all the torque the engine make, so maybe watch trans temp when in track mode
@@6.4_julian47 on a 6 speed it really doesn’t do too much think it’s faster with sport traction or no traction. Auto it make the shifts more violent
@6.4_Julian i mean they wouldnt put it on the car if it couldnt take it. I try to not use it because you will blow through gas like nothing. Sport is alot better imo

I love every ride and every exhaust you do, except on the 4.3 v6's. You gotta tell those guys to go the other way and make them deadly silent. No sound 100% Quiet is cool asf if you can pull it off. I'll link something
The awe track edition catback exhaust comes with the active exhaust simulators ... it doesn’t delete the the valves just places dummy ones in place . Would that cause any issues?

Had mine strait piped, wasn't sure if I could stand it because it was so loud compared to when it had the mufflers on. Now I can't imagine going back, I'm so used to that nice rumble and sound, talk about changing the personality of the car, hell yes.

Muffler delete is absolutely perfect its raw and throaty and at the same time has that very recognizable hemi sound and if it was a hellcat with that signature supercharger whine… oh man🔥

Where are you located? I had my resonators deleted and magafows installed. But I want it reworked
The resonators left on give it a stereo effect. The reason is that resonators are never exactly the same. Dodge motors are probably the only motors that can sound great without pricey exhaust systems

Got my 21 scat pack mid muffler delete and the videos don’t do it justice. Started it for the first time both dogs both kids and my wife jumped out of their skin. For in the area of $150 you can’t beat the upgrade. No need for aftermarket exhaust imo

@@bigmover7407 I usually wait the break in period before I start mods. I am happy to say though, I am at 800mi and have done the mid delete. However, I have added the Dynomax Race Bullets where the mids were and I must say it sounds awesome!

Should doone where are you only take off the rear resonators but keep the mid mufflers.did that on my Durango and that is actually the cleanest sounding exhaust as compared to these two. there’s no extra popping noises on the deceleration. Almost like a A very fine tune thousand plus dollar exhaust system
Just bought myself a 2017 challenger scat pack, said it had a modified exhaust system. So of course I was going a little crazy with it today and I realized it's crazy loud. People were giving me looks and one of my friends told me his ears were ringing for like 5 minutes after he drove beside me with his windows down. I'm really hoping that I don't get pulled over because of it...

Only if you mess with the exhaust valves...other than that it’s not gonna hurt anything. Just do not do not do not remove the valves

Had straight pipe before...sure it is loud but it sounded raspy and drone was annoying. quality > loudness

Most don’t sound good sound flat with 0 tone I still just have the mid delete stock sounds better honestly just not loud enough. I have a manual so mine sounds great mid delete and over time it has gotten pretty deep cold starts are monsterous wouldn’t even let me change it at the shop they drove it let me listen we agreed it was best left like it is everybody mostly says don’t change the tone smile everytime I drive it 😂

The resonators actually add sound to it funny enough I only recommend deleting resonators if you are willing to delete cats as well

it'll throw a code, have to have the ecu unlocked and re tune it I think

@@Del-yd5qc but I did do a muffler delete with no problems.. but just know that we had to tack weld the butterfly valves open because it was too much air flow for them to handle

I wouldn't worry about drone. It's not bad and after a while you forget it's even there.

Those guards are guaranteed to mess up the paint though lol, literally says to be removed by dealer on them, but they sell the cars so fast they leave them on.

Some of you don’t know dick about cars and it really shows. Literally almost every car that gets shipped has the guards and they’re supposed to be taken off because they’re only meant to be used for shipping and NOT FOR DRIVING WITH.

Muffler delete sounded better in terms of the video. Tell that customer to remove the fucking bumper guards, dealer should have removed them. Does so much damage keeping them from weather, more than just sanding some scrapes.
My opinion muffler delete car sounds terrible. Nice car that sounds like bucket with loud pipes. Keep a clean sound. All that rasp is just noise. I feel it takes away from the car.
