I did the same upgrades on my SFF 7010 that I picked up a year ago, except for the GPU. I installed an RTX A2000 so that I could play the games in my Steam library. It's a 70w card and it draws its power from the 75w PCIE rail.

Thanks for the video, have mostly the same specs as you, before upgraded, maybe I can get some ideas to what I can do with this PC, Thanks again, Mr. :)
Gracias For the Content. You have 4 ram slots; you could add the 2x4gb kit for a total of 24gb, test a before and after to see what uplift can be gained; may not be in FPS but 1% lows could increase also machine can multi-task more; such as game and capture at same time - OBS - as no capture on rx6400; peace

Does the cpu not massively bottleneck the gpu? Why go so overkill ? Cant use gpu, better option 1050 or 1650. More suited to specs. Im sure you'd see smoothrr results
Great video! did your amd application show the tuning option? i have this gpu but unfortunately tuning in the performance isn't available, im using optiplex i7 4th gen 16gb ram.
I have an RX550 and an Intel Celeron but I will change it to an i53570 because my power supply is 240 watts, it is the one that comes from the factory with the Optiplex 7010 and I think it will limit me with the i73770, do you know if there will be a big difference between those processors?

Great video! I’ve got almost the same setup but with a 4770. I’ve got it running Batocera and it can play “snitch”games decently. I’ve been thinking about showing it off in a video .
JIC - Go to ---> Riva Turner --> Set Up --> {Toggle On} Enable BenchMark Mode --> OK : This should now show 1% and MIN MAX AVG; as long as you already added check marks In Riva Tuner and set to show OSD, as you did to show FPS - Peace
if the gpu is gddr6 does it not matter if the pc is running gddr3 ram kinda new to pcs was just curious. i have the same set up but with 4x4gb of ram and i7 3770 was wondering if the gddr6 gpu will mess with it.
Hello, I'm considering upgrading my Dell Optiplex 7010 DT, and my budget is only $180. PC Specs: CPU: i5 - 3470 GPU: None RAM: 8GB 1333 MHz Storage: 500 HDD PSU: 250W I was thinking of buying the SAPPHIRE PULSE Radeon RX 550 4G OC, but I'm not sure if it will fit into the OptiPlex 7010 DT, and I also don't know if the PSU (250W) would be okay for it. I'm also considering upgrading the RAM from 8GB to 16GB, but an SSD (instead of upgrading RAM) would be useful too; that HDD is really slow. (Also, take into account that I intend to use the PC primarily for older games (and some CS). Perhaps some newer games, but not ones that are too demanding.) What do you think I should do?
I have been curious about that card as well. I have yet to do a SFF build. Question, the street fighter appeared to be a little laggy. Is it my imagination or does the screen capture cause that?
did you have to turn off secure boot in the bios menu before installing the gpu? i read you have to disable secure boot or the pc won't boot up after installing a gpu.it says you can't install anything that is offbrand or the pc won't boot up. so you have to disable the secure boot before installing anything that isn't the same brand as the pc.
I built the exact same setup for my living room and added a 7.1 surrounded sound card, great as a HTPC, also recommending to everyone
How much fps do you get in like fortnite wery low settings

i like the way you build. i7 3770 16gb dual channel rx 6400. a man of the people.

Would you say that the 1650 is better due to the performance or the 6400 due to it's updates and possible fsr 3 upgrade?
Have u figur3d it out my boy I herd that swift slows down due to it being a 4th Gen and 5he 7010 uses third gen gpus so might wanna look into that
You should of upgrade the power supply, because I don't think it would work without a 500w.
did the gpu have normal screws or did you have to use a torx screwdriver?

Definitely get a SSD and 16 GB ram if you intend to play older games you could get away with a GTX 1030 as the go for as low as 30 euro.
how much did it cost u in total?
I have been curious about that card as well. I have yet to do a SFF build. Question, the street fighter appeared to be a little laggy. Is it my imagination or does the screen capture cause that?
its just the recording software, what would help is if he put a frametime graph up, that tells you the whole picture
Wasn’t laggy when playing. For some reason I couldn’t get Afterburner to display on Street Fighter.
does the pc support 16FPD
