TH-cam has just banned anything related to health that doesn’t align with the general medical consensus.
If any information related to health doesn’t agree with the World Health Organization, the video won’t necessarily be taken down, but it may be hard to find.
This is supposed to protect viewers against misinformation and promote high-quality health information. But, their definition of misinformation is anything that opposes their viewpoint.
I currently have collected 7,607 success stories-I’m helping people. My information is not misinformation. It’s helpful information.
Traditional medicine doesn’t work for everyone, and people are looking for inexpensive natural remedies. How are they supposed to find alternative viewpoints or opinions?
A lot of people are searching for the keto diet. However, many medical professionals don't really understand nutritional ketosis.
Many times, doctors don’t get training in nutrition or alternatives. Yet these are the people who get to control this information.
Healthy ketosis is not toxic or dangerous. Ketones are a super fuel and are antioxidants. On the other hand, glucose is dangerous and toxic.

I got diagnosed with diabetes type 2 with an hba1c of 6.7 over a month ago. The doc wanted be to get straight on medecine. I told her I wanted to see what are the alternatives and said to just change my diet by cutting sugars and swirching to whole grains. Thanks to channels like you I changed my diet to IF and low carb/keto. Lost 20 pounds and I am waiting for my blood draw in 2 months. Pretty sure that it wil be lower than when I was eating a bunch of lasta and rice.

What I find interesting is that most people who are against big pharma self medicate using OTC vitamins, supplements, and alternative medicines. What they don't know is that most of the companies that produce those items are also owned by big pharma. Though there is no regulation or mandatory testing on most OTC meds so big pharma is actually making more profit from selling you that stuff since it is much cheaper to produce, yet most of you think you are outsmarting big pharma... lol...

I am a cardiac surgeon. Ok. In my 20 I began to have skin issues! Dermatologist told me it was acne, prescribed me dercutane, haven’t seen my lab test, just skin. Endocrinologist told me that lady test is ok, but I have PCOS, she saw it on eco, and she told me, word by word, that there is no cure available for it, but I can clean my skin, I just have to take anticonceptive pills and dercutane, nothing else. None of them mentioned anything about food and sport. Neither asked me about my lifestyle. I got rid of PCOS by changing my diet and regular exercises, nothing else. And you can’t imagine, my patients get MAI after being yers on medical treatment, but have no idea about food and fasting being the medicine. I personally trust the information coming from dr.berg and based on my own knowledge, I’ve studied all that, honestly, I know, the information coming from you it’s trustworthy. I admire you, profoundly and really love your supplements, they are the best. You are the best Doc! ❤❤❤
My blood pressure is down 60, my liver enzymes are normal, my kidney function is normal and my blood sugar is stable. After struggling too loose my baby weight for 3 years…. I took it all off in 4 months, cholesterol from 205 to 181 eating cheese and eggs. (I had 200 cholesterol at 15 as a 116 lbs vegetarian) my BP is down as well.

I believe in natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals. My grandmother was native American and always offered natural remedies that alleviated symptoms without side effects. Knowledge is truly power and I appreciate your knowledge.

Thanks to your contributions I have been able to get off of blood pressure, cholesterol and two different diabetes medications. As a side benefit, I did lose 45 lbs in 2 months. Just cutting out sugar and bad carbs. I didn't stop all carbs, I still eat lots of broccoli and kale and zucchini and other things like that. I don't eat high fat because I don't have a gall bladder. I recently did a prolonged fast just to reboot my system and found myself in ketosis without trying. I wasn't sure so I bought some test strips and yes I had some ketones. I panicked a little because I didn't know how to handle ketones. Thanks to your contribution I was able to find information on ketone levels and if i was still in the safe zone - also how to handle my transition back to eating. Thank you so much.
They have done the same with our french Thierry Casasnovas. He is going through hell now. He's being sued by the french government Mivilude (Interministerial mission of vigilance and fight against sectarian abuses). He is just a brilliant , very educated naturopath and a very caring and a person of integrity and he has helped thousands of people recover from very serious illnesses and before he helped thousands of people he has completely healed himself after the doctors told him he would die very soon (he was in his 30's at that time). This is just so disgusting to see how people get "killed" if they don"t follow the pharmaceutical/government plan. So disgusting ! But times are changing....and I trust the process of people awakening and wanting to get rid of the controlling system who doesn't care at all about our health and who makes us even sicker... Just say no to maintenance drugs. I just got my 92 year old mother out of skilled nursing and tapered her off of 17 prescriptions. It was horrific. She is now living with me and doing great. All her vitals are just perfect now. She is even learning many new things. Dr. Berg, you rock!❤

Hi Dr. Berg- I only discovered you yesterday because someone mentioned you in the comments of a video I watched. That person had mentioned that you were “hard to find” on TH-cam. I have done keto over the years on and off. The first time I did it, (about 20 years ago) lost 90 lbs in four months. I’m 55 years now, and I’m back on it because I got back to being addicted to sugar and carbs. As soon as I started doing keto, I noticed I didn’t feel so sleepy! For awhile, it was hard for me to sit without wanting to sleep. I have so many books I wanted to read but was unable to because I couldn’t focus and would want to fall asleep. I feel so alert! I’m so glad I found your videos!

My friend had liver cancer and it spreader to lungs, and the doctor told him he had 3 to 6 months to live. He went to original home overseas and said good bye to everyone. He came back to America and started eating only organic veggies… only a few weeks, his cancer started to disappear. He still lives today after 11 years of practicing healthy diet…

Dr. Berg, I will follow you, anywhere. I no longer, take savella which is for fibromyalgia, this medicine made me feel awful, my head felt weird as if there was things crawling inside, I would feel chills, on one side of my body from head to toe. I was dizzy most of the time since being on Savella, I've developed this buzzing sound in my ears that has not gone away. The bottom line is I just wasn't myself. I started taking magnesium, vitamins B12, D3, /K2, and I must say all those awful feelings are gone. DR. Berg, I thank you so much for all you do. I have learned how not to depend on meds and look for natural healing. No worries Dr. Berg, God is great, and you will always have all those you've helped and may blessings 🙌 ❤

My father studied at Palmer college in 1962, ( we moved to USA from South Africa for the time of his studies, then returned to SA where he was keen to start his practice, it was a tough time for alternative practitioners in those days in SA, the government then tried very hard to stop people from doing anything that actually helped people , he persevered and his practice was very successful, he helped hundreds of people. Keep up the good work Dr. Berg! My husband was diagnosed with high blood sugar and high blood pressure,and he was not overweight he just ate a lot of carbs and sugar. He told his doctor he was going to make diet and lifestyle changes to fight his illness. The doctor told him she didn't believe he could do it and wrote him 2 prescriptions. He didn't fill the prescriptions, instead he followed everything to do on your channel, with diet, and he stepped up his exercise. When he went back in 2 months , all tests were negative, clear. The doctor told him he could get off his meds,and he told her he never took them. No congrats from her either , he changed his doctor after that checkup.👍.

I, a simple patient, have noticed a change in the relationship of MD vs PA - Doc assistant, it is hard to get an appointment with a MD anymore, Evergreen Health is using an over abundance of PA’s, PA’s lack 3 years of medical education to the MD level, so I’m told. I had a terrible cough months following a bout with Bronchitis, I was checked by 3 different PA’s in various locations, they all said the same thing, coughs are lasting longer now. I knew something was wrong so I followed up seeking an appointment with any MD, finally 2 + weeks later I go to my supposed MD appointment and turns out to be a DO, She identified my issue immediately just listening to my lungs, double pneumonia. I’m told a DO has equivalent education as MD but branches off at some point to focus on wellness. I don’t understand this whole thing ?

I’ve been struggling with psoriasis, pain, inflammation, liver troubles from alcohol and NSAID’s. Feet and ankles started swelling. Calves and feet were in so much pain I couldn’t walk. I had fluid build up around my heart in 2011 which caused me to nearly have a stroke. I thought I was getting enough potassium from sports drinks and bananas. Every joint in my body constantly hurt. I’m a 51 year old male who has been working very physical jobs my entire life. Quit drinking alcohol two months ago. Do not drink soda or rarely eat fast food. I’m an avid outdoor person and always have venison, pork, shrimp, crawfish and fish in my freezer. Cooking healthy was never the issue. Just didn’t know the exact science behind it. Started taking your recommended vitamins and mineral supplements. Quit all sugar and cut back on carbs. My pain has reduced drastically in only one week. Glad I found your channel! My liver wasn’t functioning properly due to years of abuse . I started increasing my potassium intake. The swelling in my ankles has also reduced and is just about back to normal. Thank you Dr. Berg!

Even the most educated have followed blindly so not everyone is like you. I've even fallen into traps but it's a live and learn as we gain wisdom.
