Chai Powder Makes All the Difference | Coconut Vanilla Chai Bundt Cake

    After trying Watkins Organic Chai powder in my tea, I thought to myself; what would this taste like in a cake?
    So, I went to my kitchen to find out.
    Ingredients:
    Coconut Vanilla Chai Bundt Cake
    Sift:
    3 c of A P flour
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp vinegar
    Mix:
    8 ounces unsalted butter (1 full stick)
    2 c of bakers sugar
    1/2 c light brown sugar
    2 tbsp Watkins Organic Chai Powder
    Mix until fluffy and no sugar crystals detected
    Add 2 eggs
    2 egg whites
    Add one at a time
    Next:
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp coconut extract
    1 1/3 c coconut milk
    Alternate wet/dry mix
    Icing:
    4 tbsp unsalted butter
    2 1/2 tbsp Evaporated coconut milk
    1/2 c dark brown sugar
    1 tsp coconut extract
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    Once glaze comes to a frothy consistency remove from heat so that it doesn’t harden.
