So Lovely Cream Cheese Bundt Cake Moist And Velvety | Bundt Series

  • How to make a super moist and velvety texture Cream Cheese Bundt Cake. Everyone is asking me this recipe, can't wait to share this to you. Bake along with me.
    Here's what you'll need:
    1 cup softened unsalted butter (220g)
    (about 1 hour outside the fridge before use)
    1 cup softened cream cheese (225g)
    1 cup of sugar (200g)
    4 eggs
    1 teaspoon of vanilla paste or extract (5ml)
    2 and 1/2 cups cake flour (250g) or all purpose flour
    2 tsp baking powder (10g)
    1 tsp salt (5g)
    1/3 cup milk (80ml) *typo error in the video
    1 tbsp oil (15ml)
    Bake in a 9x4 bundt pan, at 160C or 320F for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
    *1 cup cake flour=100 grams
    *1 cup sugar=200 grams

    Hi i chanced to come to your channel last morning just like that while searching for bundt cakes.. shortlisted many other recipes to try but i thought let me try savors recipe. Did it in d afternoon. Man that was d most amazing cake in taste in texture. So beautiful. Saved it as an important recipe. Thank u so much.     Thank you for sharing. I baked it in a 16x4 inches loaf pan. This cake turns out to be soft, fine and smells wonderful. It is just the right sweetness. my family loves it!

    When ever I have the chance, I always enjoy watching your videos. Also used some of your recipes. It actually save me a lot of time and money to bake birthday cakes for my young adults and soon to be my 1 year old grandson. Let me just say…, your recipe is a hit. No left over cake. Anyway. I want to know if I make a cake, can I make the batter can I put the batter in the refrigerator the night before to save time?

    You got me seeing cream cheese in the title, lol. My fav. I also just picked up a new jar of vanilla bean paste that I've been desperately wanting to use, lol. However my bundt pan is a lot bigger than yours. Could I just use a loaf pan in the same measurements instead? I love the way a bundt cake looks but I'd rather use the pans I have available to me. I can already taste this with a cup of coffee. Thanks Weng... 👍

      Sorry to interfere, but I would use grams(scale) , you can never go wrong, as with cups, there are different measures of cups.

    Have this in the oven right now. Do not have a Bundt tin. Using others instead. I tasted raw and was so good. Who likes to lick the bowl like when we were kids?😋 UPDATE. This was really good. It's like a cheesecake/pound cake taste and texture. Due to being a little to much work to make. This is the only time I'll be making it.

      I baked using a similar recipe where i added zest of 1 lemon and 1tbsp lemon juice - tasted fruity and perfect with the cream cheese flavour! Hope it worked for you too :)
