I think they did update in mobile application as in last couple of weeks and now arrow shows the direction...check it out...but anyhow its still not a perfect real navigation :)
Hi thx for the video….. yes the navigation is disappointing as I don’t have earphones in my helmet. Thought it would work like the beeline but it doesn’t. Do you know how to mirror your phone on the screen? I can’t find this either on the app using IOS. However I have a 21 black edition and love the bike. Thanks for the video
Hi Dave. Your asking for Apple CarPlay that’s doesn’t happen with this road sync app. The phone is the hub. With Apple CarPlay the bike is the hub like a 1100 AfricaTwin or Goldwing.
As trying to understand, the navigation of Honda roadsync on the motorbike screen doesn’t indicate the right direction, just only telling that you’re using the navigation now. The system needs you to listen the voice for get the right direction. If you don’t have an ear bluetooth phone, this system is nothing. Am i correct ?? In my case, my helmet is AGV K3 doesn’t have an earphone bluetooth. My inmagination is the assistance maps on screen!! Yet it isn’t 😭😭
Why Honda didn’t use CarPlay ? This application RoadSync is so complicated and at lady it’s simply stupid . I can’t use it in my new Transalp ! It’s better to use my iPhone application with quad lock mount .
To me is navigation biggest disappointment. Limited to google maps make no sense. Im using different map app in which i'm planning multiple points... I dont se any advantage over intercom to use honda app
It should be noted that the Honda Road Sync app isn't available in all regions. At the moment its in the app store of only a few.
Do you know why it doesn’t work not all regions? I live in Denmark and it doesn’t work there yet
The Nav system is very poor on my Hornet not worth using , the other functions seem fine
I wonder if Honda will update the navigation arrow to respond to direction. I can hope.

Yep you need a Bluetooth headset to listen to the voice commands.
Does this system work on the I phones???
I'm using a iPhone for this set up.It has more features if you use android phone.
Bmw Connect is so easy to use and you can use navigation fully screen
not on a Honda 😉
Honda is really stupid ! Why CarPlay is allowed in Africa twin and NT1100 and not Transalp . @@two4wheels
