JT that the baddest 2-stroke plasma table ever! You TSR boys and SRC must text each other, " yo you guys dropping a fresh video tonight?" . Yup we are also. Now we are binge watching 👍😉
Hard to binge watch when they are 20 minute videos
Don't forget Lucore Auto went under Billy's Nova and damn is that thing a hack.
TSR is building Billy a weapon. I cant wait to see this car make hits. I love the attemtion to detail. It's what makes good fab look like art.
Thanks buddy
I’ve been a union sheet metal sheet metal worker since is was 19. A lot of fab and tons of welding. Tig aluminum, titanium, inconel. So knowing what I know makes ya appreciate they’re work more. Hell I’d work there for free lol.
@@jasonburke3064we really appreciate the compliment buddy! Thank you!
Who is building a backside of the track car that isn't a Fox body with turbo's that's winning races???, should've been Procharged for the money he's spending, Ryan Mitchel and Ryan Martin are finals most times when Martin is there, Turbos can't cat it in the 8th, may be in the quarter.
Just got done watching the locore and SRC video and now this one, full of SRC content today
Damn that plasma table sounds incredible
We have had that unit for a long time. Even with having the laser it still has its place.
I like the small step videos. I don't realize how long things will take to build. I constantly find that it takes longer than I think and I think that this will be a good way to explain how things are done in a top notch shop- which I appreciate and also help people have a more realistic idea of the cost. Thank you!
The guy behind the camera is top shelf especially how he asks question and interacts with everyone as well.
Like y’all said, I need one of those tables! Those clamps work really well. Billy is gonna have a badass car
Not gonna lie, my brother does TH-cam and we compress our build videos and focus more on racing. I love this, loved learning something new not everyone’s cup of tea but definitely mine.
Just want to say even know you race you still put all heart into other people's car . That's keeping it real brother man ! The world needs more people like you . Nothing but respect .
I absolutely love the shop banter!! Hands down one of my favorite channels on TH-cam!! Love watching you guys working and racing and Especially Winning!!
Love the positive vibe in the shop. How when he was talking down about himself, you both told him positive things. Great way to live and be an example. ❤
Someone tell J Bird thank you for the tips n tricks! Killer attention to detail guys yall killin it!
Just a suggestion for bending the holddown plate. Get a digital angle guage. Measure the angle (tank sitting level), then copy the angle to the plate. It eliminates the need to remove, check, reset for the bend adjustment. Radius of the bend just needs to be smaller than the tank, as you know !-). Digging the haunted stool. Lol.
He's old school man Z100 percent knows he could do that but it's a lot more rewarding doing things by hand especially when it's not something that's got to be down to the millimeter
Love the two stroke back up vocals!
Thanks for the wisdom shown. Knowledge is learned from books but wisdom is aquired from accomplishng the task, working in the shop. Great work. 👍
I thought that I heard my RM250 somewhere back there.... lol ! 2 Strokes ain't no Joke.... Love you guys content. GOD BLESS!
Always a pleasure to see great fab work.
Just a suggestion as a joiner which would save some time.
If you set a sliding bevel to the required angle you can check if the bend is correct from the front vertical of your bench. Saving you unclamping, checking on tank and reclamping.
I’m not trying to teach you how to suck eggs! Just a thought from a joinery point of view.
Great work and thank you for the video 🤙🇬🇧
Hand made parts gotta be expensive ❤Great Job Boys
You guys do amazing work! Thanks for content guys God Bless!
it's great to watch a tradesman take the care to make Billy's car like it's his own that's being professional
That motor plate needs a TSR logo on each side. Dave Western Australia
The attention to detail with you guys is off the chain, that’s the difference…This car is gonna be awesome…🇺🇸
That’s going to be an amazing car. Y’all do amazing work
Got my Charlie Brown shirts today thanks Tin Soldier Billy's camaro is looking sweet you guys are the best
Thanks for the order buddy!
@@TinSoldierRacecarsyes sir your welcome I'll be showing my Charlie Brown support this weekend gonna order some more
Excellent craftsmanship! Really enjoy the videos.
Really enjoyed the detailed look at fabrication in this video. Keep it up!
I really love the 2-stroke plasma table their boys great job brap brap
Todd reminds me of the actor Bill Paxton as the character Chuck in the movie "Weird Science" .
Great video.
You guys are awesome Tin Soldier Racecars
Out here fishin for that Keeps sponsorship
Love the 2 stroke nosies
Awesome video great content 👍
I built a table like that from a cheap homebuilt plasma cutter. Temu is selling plasma tables cheap now. A trick to keeping the bend symmetrical is angle iron on the bottom side.
The little bite size video idea is sick I love it, we can learn so much from watching you guys!
Smick work as always, love the high standard and everything is in proportion.
Jay is obe one kenobi.
Jay bird is the best.
I love the dirt bike stuff The Sounds in the movies are great😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
Great Job Guy's, Billy will be Really Pleased with what You guys have done so Far with the Build!!!
Fuel tank strap came out beautiful, have you guys ever done a tank strap like that which tucks under the front bar mount and has the nutserts under the bar ( bolts easily accessible from underneath) giving it the invisible fastener look? Love watching what you guys do.
That's incredible work.
The 2 stroke sound effects were perfect..
Best video soo far
Happy Birthday to Brad's mom!! 🎉🎁🎂
Love the more informative videos, take so much more out of them, keep killing it!!
Everything takes time..amazing machine when it's done
Dang that front cover
the dirt bike speed ups are fucking hilarious
I love your work
The way they will set and take the extra time to make sure that fuel cell strap fit perfectly is what sets them apart from normal people.
Dang Todd. What an informative video thanks. Looking forward to the headers. Stay safe
Gonna make a nice car !
LOVE THE WORK YOU DO
I need to be friends with y'all! Gasing each other up and roasting at the same time perfect balance! 99% of guy friend group just 24/7 roast each other 😂
It's looking great can't wait to see it when it gets finished😊
Awesome work as always.
That's a cool table he's working on
Man that thanks gonna be sick!!!
Can't wait to see the headers that you build
Jason, that’s a big ole hat !😂 Much Love ❤
Combination square
Let it eat! Nice work
Awesome work!
It’s no surprise the solder boys are taking over and murdering the game. Js faith and outing everything in the Bosses hands upstairs. Sounding yourself with positive people. And no doubt hard work and time. Not kissing ass it’s just motivating.
Appreciate you buddy! Thanks for watching!
Tin soldier trip to Turkey. That would be a riot
I support the channel. At least we know Billy's gas tank ain't going no where.
Great video!!
ooh wow a whole episode on how to bend a piece of metal lol keep the content rolling i guess
It’s a tough balance that we talk about a lot. Do you hold the footage and leave out the details to make a longer video that you get more done or do you show off what the process really looks like.
@TinSoldierRacecars not every one understands the process and what it takes. Sorry I have short attention span and have seen and bent a lot of metal in hvac shop lol
@@xXSlickNickXx757 no I get it man! This is a heavily debated thing about the in shop TH-cam videos 😂. I was hopping this video would show that even when you have a lot of trick tools you can make something really nice with something simple.
@TinSoldierRacecars yes sir it doesn't always take the high dollar equipment to do the job, But it sure does help 😁. The welding video was good though I would love to learn how to tig weld.
Cant wait to see Billy rip this thing ,hes so ust to that S10 that i think its a big learning curve for him to get thru and hes gotta feel comfortable in the car he wasnt comfortable in that Nova thats why he doesnt drive it much
Yessir🤜🏼🤛🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Lots of strength and protection without a ton of added weight. Should make all the difference if another crash like the last one.
A whole ass video of a tank strap😮
That's awesome
Damn,,,just watched a video from KCMaxx ,,,,he has TSR parts on the fire bird I forgot about,,,,I'm sure there's some old videos??? You guys make some pretty bad ass parts. 🏁🇺🇲💯🤓🍺🍕
I know dude knows what he’s doing but using the tube to bend like that, if you were to put a couple blocks between the tube and the clamp posts to keep the tube from rolling out from under the clamps it would probably work a little better. You could also put a couple scrap pieces of sheet under the tube as well and slide your workpiece in and out to check it and avoid having to redo your setup. I know everyone has their way that works just throwing that out there.
I love the word "catywompus"
lol jay bird says it a lot
Let's Goooooo
Whoa I’m way early for once!!
It be like that sometimes
I have never seen anyone turn a simple bend job into a science, guess it's all content.
This should be titled, how to bend a piece of metal in 20 minutes.
Is the camera man's nickname SNIFFLES 😂 ?!!?
lol poor Rick wasn’t feeling well.
👍👍
Reading some of these comments is sad. Alot of love but even more hate and bullshit towards both tsr and src and the what they both have and do everyone complaing about shit that doesnt have anything to do with there own life and like they have or do so much better and in reality they probably aint shit or got shit. But great work to tsr and src shit aint easy !
I honestly don’t read em. I have no idea why anyone hates on src or tsr. They are both genuine. People hate seeing others doing good. I am happy for src and tsr both. It’s great that they are doing good. But haters are good for TH-cam too. So comment away haters. Every comment and watch helps out suckers. lol
Because they are jealous of tsr and src
@ I know. They be bitches. Lol
lol it’s all good boys! Part of life. I love the man in the arena speech. If you have never heard it look it up. Also the motivational Monday we just did talking about loosing your focus and concentrating the on the things you can control instead of focusing on the where you want to go.
Appreciate all the support fellas👊 onward and upwards!
Gotta talk billy into some tsr nova upgrades ! This Camaro is going to be a problem
Sorry if its is dumb question , why is fuel mounted in frount of car?
I have noticed fuel tanks seem to be mainly located in front of the motor and driver. Would have thought it would be behind the driver incase of head on collision spraying fuel towards engine and driver.
That is one fast cr250 plasma table
I wonder if Rick notices he goes to work with the Ridley Scott of race cars every time he clocks in.
Dayum did Gucci build that engine.
I could watch him fabricate all day.....amazing work
Tanks are vented
I didn't see how you calculated bend radius when measuring the hold down strap.
Do those plastic fuel cells hold up better in impacts than the aluminum ones? Man I hate to see fuel cells mounted right up front like this. Have seen WAY too many up front tanks rupture when cars hit a wall resulting in nasty methanol fires.
Aluminum cells have such a high chance of cracking over time and if you crash they have no give. Plastic cells are way safer.
I'd be like finish my damn car lol
Only one thing worse than forgetting mom's birthday. Your children's mother's birthday 😮😮😅😅
You could make hour long videos of showing fabricating and stuff like that and you would get way more views..
We need more time laps 2strokes
Hey whats up love the videos! What's the name of the intro song?
Wait. Was Darth Vader running the camera. 😂😂
Rules of the slide square, empire ones are the best but that cast aluminum adjust bolt is trash. Walmart sells a slide square with a brass bolt that lasts forever. So walmart bolt in an empire slide square is the bee's knees.
Somebody got a Vyper chair.
Local guy to us cuts these out. SafeTmount brand. They are awesome for the money.
@TinSoldierRacecars they look they would last a long time. And look cool
@@EdwardDean-z4fwe have been really happy with them.
The 2 stroke dirt bike sound over was funny
So I have a question, if you hold the torch with post flow on over your weld to prevent oxidation of the weld zone. Why do you yank the rod out of the gas flow Immediately? Oxidation much?? Snip Snip Just say'n
We have a habit of snipping them.
@@TinSoldierRacecars A good habit to have indeed. You guys Rock!
