Now more then ever it’s easy as hell, to get a lot of information on bbing/ fitness, learn the info u need to learn, apply it to yourself, and if it doesn’t work adjust things, if ur natty it’s pretty easy, find ur cal , u need to eat for your goal, find out if you handle fat or carbs better, and I got some of my best results, not counting anything, eating healthy food when I was hungry til full and working out4-5 times a week and listening to my body, I had ppl thinking I was on roids natty so that outta tell u how easy it is,esp once you know ur body enough to not even have to track things
When it comes to lifting, get as good as u can, performing exercises, always aim for getting stronger and time under tension and, it’s that easy, if your stalled you either aren’t recovering, or not pushing yourself hard enough, you should be getting stronger how ever way u measure it,
Easily the most informative podcast I’ve seen so far. I learned so much and have been going through some digestion issues. This man helped me out so much.
Tremendous podcast yet again. The knowledge I’ve gained from your podcasts is incredible. Please get AJ on again sometime, his attention to gut health spoke to me with my IBS.
12 hour night shift followed by a leg workout this morning. Lol and of course listening to the podcast. Awesome stuff man. Enough said. Goodnight for me
Fascinating...the Coaches you bring on, their Knowledge, their trial and error, their passion and love for the Sport to Help others to win and be the best they can be is what makes a Guru....There are a lot of so called Coaches, and most follow others and use “ Others” brains and techniques to use and call their own...But, AJ has learned from the Best, listened, studied, been their done that and made a name for himself....Great Interview.
Really great podcast. AJ seems extremely knowledgable and I'd go as far as to say he's a top 5 coach in the bodybuilding circuit. I hope he continues to bring his guys up and kick some butt!
Fouad ‘what about cheat meals?’ Abiad Seriously though, the sheer amount of content and the absolute quality of this content, is unreal. Thank you Fouad for everything you are doing. You are bringing so much information and attention to bodybuilding and everything that goes with it. Keep it up. Can’t wait to see you finish your prep and compete
What a great interview! As a seasoned nurse case manager who also lifts, I wish more people recognized how individualized bodies are and how the old school stuff like elimination for food irritants actually works! It's critical to create a plan that fits the person, because not everyone fits all plans. Also validating individual response to food and diet is key.
Great show and you must be doing good because we can't just skip the commercials now but it's cool the quality guest you keep bringing make it worth it
Wow he REALLY up to date with the gut health! I have IBS and some of this was new to me, and I thought I was on top of it! THANKS 🙏💖 Very good podcast Fuad❤️
Great podcast and guest coach! Very informative discussing food intolerances. I never considered that a bodybuilder could have an allergic reaction to chicken. AJ seems to be a wealth of knowledge.
Great Video 👍🇨🇦 Love the Knowledge of the Condition of Your Podcast 🎤🎧 You know you have a great PODCAST when you can listen to it in the car....And Not looking at the Video the same time while driving..
really really good podcast. As a person who is alleergtic to Lactose and has gluten issues also I mainly eat vegan and when I got something that my body doesn't like I feel is almost immediately. I really hope more people figure this out via learning from AJ. Most people don't know that they are allergic to things and you might not be in the start but it can build up. I found my allergies out when I was mid early 30s.
After watching this I can’t even fart 💨 or burp without freaking out thinking I have digestion problems or a leaky gut lol you should of asked him if it’s ok to fart a few times an hour 😂 And now my heads all fucked out an OCD counting how many times I’m chewing each bit, now getting the meals in are even more stressful
Good podcast! I’m the guy following AJ, but always just knew the cement factory. 🤣 Good info. I like how he doesn’t try to reinvent the wheel. The old school stuff works. I was manipulating my water like he was talking about almost 20 years ago.
Really glad you had AJ on, never heard of him before this! ......Also struggled to hear you Fouad, your mic was really quiet compared to AJ's? Or am I just going deaf haha!!
I have followed this guy on IG through Chase Sovie I guess the whole Olympia top 6line in each category are mostly him And Omar Ventura clients#Respect
i competed against deontra campbell at north americans in the light heavies, saw him in line pumping up by me and said yup this show is over. and he won hahaa freak !!
Another amazing podcast!! What I want to know is how do all these guys have the money to follow such a high quality diets gear and back to back shows.. is it through sponsorships?!?
Yes. Supplement contracts, coaching, merchandise sales, personal training, regular jobs. As a bodybuilder you have to have your hand in all the pots to make a great living.
How much cardio do you usually incorporate, I was doing cross country and powerlifting not to long ago, and I noticed that when I ran 6 miles everyday, I was lean, sub 10%bf but looked small, and then when I got into powerlifting, I gained around 20lbs, and while I looked somewhat lean, I looked bigger. I want a happy median where I can gain muscle but still shred fat.
I don't know how you would do it, but it would be cool to do more with gut health specific content with some of the people you have on. There is information online, but I think there is definitely some value to bodybuilding specific info. A lot of advice online doesn't exactly align with drinking 5L of water and 36oz of protein a day lol, not to mention 500g of carbs. So it would be amazing to hear what AJ or anyone has to say about improving gut health while progressing bodybuilding wise.

Michael thank you
Gotta get that daily dose of “wait a min” Fouad
We need AJ on again, seems like a very humble and knowledgeable person, 1 hour isnt long enough. But keep it up Fouad! #SacrificeWithoutRegret
I bet Fouad got butterfly’s 🤣🤣 when AJ said he still believes in the old school way 💪
I’ve learned so much in past 2 years unbelievable from nutrition and dieting, owe this all to Fouad
How? Every coach tells something different you can't get any coherent information

“death starts in the colon”- best comment of the interview. Speaking from experience.

I love when you have the top coaches on the RBP! I always listen to them 2 or 3 times, trying to soak up all the knowledge.
This guy is so well spoken and great to listen to.....seems like a great coach....hopefully you get him on again!
AJ is a very respectful person, this is how Bodybuilding should be, respect the Iain as the winner and come back better. Great podcast Fouad.
Really great podcast. AJ seems extremely knowledgable and I'd go as far as to say he's a top 5 coach in the bodybuilding circuit. I hope he continues to bring his guys up and kick some butt!

Fascinating episode. Thank you so much. Hope he will be back on the show sometime
Nothing is better on a Monday morning after a Chicago bears win than tapping on TH-cam and finding a new hosstille podcast. Great interview
What a great interview, AJ has been surrounded by the best, like Jay and Matt Porter.
This is the best podcast yet. I think I just learned how to fix my gut and anxiety.
Great show and you must be doing good because we can't just skip the commercials now but it's cool the quality guest you keep bringing make it worth it
