    Absolutely need a round 2 ASAP.
    Maybe it’s cause I’m nowhere near the level of thought process. (But I still have a good understanding of it all)But this type of straight to the point and dumbed down sort of facts is just very helpful.
    This might be a top 5 RBP for sure.
    I’ve seen every episode ever of everything. But the ones where a natural guy can pick up info like this to make tweaks, this is where the gold is for us.

    I was watching while working and kept playing back sections to listen again. Finally decided to take notes later since it’s so good. As a coach and trainer, learning any bits of information from major coaches helps me be better, and Phil provided way more detailed non-generic info than alot of other coaches do on the podcast and it’s much appreciated. Think I learned more from this one and probably the couple with Chris Tuttle. Definitely will be following him moving forward. Great job bringing him on Fouad!💯👏🏾💪🏾💪🏾

    I've heard this on a podcast, from someone who worked with Dennis James: back in 2014ish Dennis wanted to bring Ramy's weight way down in order to get him in proper condition. Bader Boodai and his crew disagreed and fired Dennis.

      This doesn't make any sense. Why would they do that?

    • @barrykitchen8200
      @barrykitchen8200 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Jay Cutler was just on rxmuscle recently and he says what Dennis was fired for I guess. He told Dave that Rami should just fishing just take the scale away just go by the mirror. And you know a lot of people have been saying it for years that if you just brought his weight down like 10 maybe even 15 lb he still going to be full a still going to be bigger than everybody else. He could probably stop training legs for like 2 years and still have bigger legs and everybody. Plus I think of his legs didn't come down the symmetry of his body would look a little bit better. My little bit I mean a lot. But at this point it seems like I'm just nitpicking and heating and believe me I'm not I'm nowhere near any of those guys so I don't have too much room to talk

He highly respects accomplished bodybuilders such as yourself Fouad. Israetel is extremely personable and funny. I guarantee you two would have an effortless and enjoyable discussion. He is an extremely good listener and every question you ask him Fouad will be answered with a thoughtful response. S*** last week there was a drought for like 2 or 3 days. And then he posted one up and it's like everybody in the comment section was telling him that we were getting spoiled and it was going that we were going through withdrawal LOL definitely has one of the best podcast in the game. Now just to try his supplements.

    On the topic of Anadrol. Me personally for whatever reason I do not get the suppression of appetite. But I will get blood pressure issues from past experience so I realize it's around a hundred milligrams a day. Now as of the integral being pre-workout obviously that's a common thing. But coach Aameen. He stated that it's better to take any oral with food try not to take it on an empty stomach because essentially the protein synthesis in the nutrition partitioning and if you don't have food organization in your body it's kind of pointless or it just doesn't metabolize correctly. Maybe see if we can get like a little debate or other information and opinions here. Also let me add that with with testosterone I do not even get sensitive nipples or gyno symptoms until about 1000 mg. Not that I consistently use that I was just experimenting

    I see what he’s saying the body metabolizes food better when you’re lean as opposed to just stuffing food in a bulking faze where the body has shut off signaling to burn food efficiently and at this point this could be why a lot of bodybuilders fill bloated because the body is not breaking down food effectively when excessive fat storage occurs...🤔Interesting.
