I like that bodybuilding is a niche sport and that it’s not on tv. I like it this way just because bodybuilding isn’t for everyone and I think the fans are pretty passionate. Most fans just aren’t passionate with the 212 unlike bodybuilding and classic.
I love the small community of bodybuilding. Thst being said, i dont think it will be allowed on television with the stigma of PEDs being at the forefront. Everyone knows that there are likely PEDs in all professional sports, but with bodybuilding, it's more visible.
Great interview. I do disagree though with Keones response to what sets him apart, no doubt his mindset/work ethic is top but in bodybuilding lets be fair the only thing separating the top guys is genetics. They all work hard etc
For the fans who want that Flex do the open Olympia i tell the them thst: Flex Lewis never came back. He wanted to compete at the Olympia open,, but when he saw Hadi, he knew he had no chance, so he didn't dare to do it. Hadi is on another level. Flex was just conditioned but wasn't as wide. His back doesn't have the width of Hadi's back, he didn't have Hadi's abs or the striations in his chest like Hadi, or the legs Hadi has. Hadi is better than him in all aspects. Flex was lucky that Hadi couldn't get a visa when Flex was winning; otherwise, Hadi could have won some Olympias. There's a reason why Flex didn't compete with the big boys again; he did it in the beginning, but it wasn't a successful entry. So, Flex is not on Hadi's caliber.
Seeing Keone with this new found level of confidence is great! I've always said once he checks that box he's going to be unstoppable.

A abordagem de Keon é definitivamente não convencional. Não tenho certeza de quão prática ela é em aplicações do mundo real, porém.
