If you wanted to mount it into the metal of the tailgate underneath, you'd want to run a long bolt instead of a screw. We haven't done this specifically, so we aren't 100% sure on the length required... you'd have to probably drill a hole and measure it yourself. Sorry
This next batch is taking a while because the our factory closed for the Lunar New Year, which held up production. You should be getting our weekly ETA emails though and that's where we'll update the latest status on all delayed items :)
We supply screws with the spoiler - however if you don't have any with your spoiler, any button-type screw will work. That said, ideally you want to use something stainless so that it doesn't rust from any kind of exposure to water.
Can hardly see it on the car properly with the poor camera work. Can't see it from the side etc or from standing further away from the back of the car , need the whole car in view to actually see how good this wing looks
great video by the way what type of screw will i need for setting into the metal bodywork rather than an existing plastic spoiler as per your video

Been waiting for it, hopefully getting my spoiler soon

Can I install a rear spoiler for the 2012 Sportage, even if it is a Hyundai model? Please advise.
great video. exactly what I wanted.
I have a question, please. When you threaded the screws, did they also catch in the plate under the plastic or did they only catch in the plastic???
Hi.. can you glue on spoiler? Dome strong component adhesive or similar not to drill the car?
Любой клей не удержит спойлер от сильного сопротивления ветра, у меня на Hyundai veloster тоже прикручен болтами. Красота требует жертв)))
Very nice mate, love your work.
Thanks Darren! The HQ version is still processing - but glad it's still ok in standard definition too!
Just checking what's screws did you use to install the spoiler.

Perfect, thanks! I have bought a similar spoiler but only came with the tape.@CherryTuningPerformance
Will this fit on a Kia Forte 5 SX
What’s holding the screws in? No nuts? Just the treads?
He left that step out 😂
May i know what screw bolt did you use please?thank you
Hey brother I have the same as rear wing and I'm having trouble with it ikm base in Sydney south and how about you if you closed by we can meet up
Looks good but best off using adhesive instead because the tape stands out you can see it in the gaps
Does 3m hold it firmly without drilling?
Did you do it?
Please!! what type and size screw are those????
Any other spoilers available for Cerato GT?
When can we see videos of i20n aftermarket upgrades in videos?
Does it fit on a Hyundai i10 from 2020?
Can the spoiler fit directly into stock roof with no extension ???
Yes, correct - it attaches to the original spoiler.
Will it fit on a hyundai i30 2009?

Is that Spoiler safe on the Highway/Motorway?
Yes, it's bolted to the car. Just like your wheels

Marquardt Shoal
the double sided tape is still visible.. makes it look cheap.
It's possible to get clear double-sided tape - we're looking into this as an option for our kits.
