Greetings Nigel, another great video. The Land Rover is really starting to come together. I'm with you, I prefer to do everything myself. I would much rather spend money on a tool, the than rely on someone else. I've done everything regarding vehicle repair except for machine shop work. I have the engine on my Ford pickup torn apart right now doing a timing chain and oil pump. Thanks for sharing. See you next time.
Taking shape!! 👍👍 Poor ol’ Jess.... she just wanted you to play ... and you would insist on just mucking about with a 1:1 scale Land-Rover !!🤪🤪 Coming along nicely, Nigel. Keep up the excellent work. 👌👌
nice job Nigel👍 i’ve fitted a selection of those fuel tank breather hoses on my 90 last few years, they have all split, mainly around the jubilee clips but also between the clips, just fitted a new britpart hose, seems to be a different material now so hopefully last a bit longer🤞
Hi mate do you have any information on the updated fuel tank breather . On eBay it's 85 pound I would like to think it was made out of better stuff and didn't split anymore
Hi Katie, If you look at Td5 onwards rear X members they always turn in at the ends, bent forward from stresses induced by welding on assembly. I made a couple of videos showing how I got rid of it.
Very nice... Meticulous detail on this project 😎
Surprised not to see any "insulation" to discourage galvanic corrosion

Have you fitted one of the upgraded 85pound ones were it brings the one way valve pipe up to the filler snout
Amazing standard of workmanship Nigel. Inspiring stuff
I no it a few years ago this video but could I ask how you aligned the tub so the doors fit correctly please
