- Got this back in April, just getting it uploaded to TH-cam. Decent run for the amount of time I've put in, but at the end I list quite a few timesaves that will be implemented in the future. Could actually go down another 10+ seconds.

I got this back in April, just now getting it up on TH-cam. I may or may not have gotten another record or two in that time 😉 and I will definitely be getting some more soon. Ngl, but i like Sunshine more... maybe cuz i'm more into (not too much) freedom in games, instead of how simple it is in SM64.
Sunshine was more free, like jumping higher, using FLUDD in funny ways etc.
It could've been better with more features and levels, though!

I think what he was trying to say is that it would be hard to argue that Sunshine is BETTER, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with preferring it personally

the lost levels was made for the pros alot of people couldnt pass the game because it was way hard to beat. I remember watching a video about this game. That is why they didnt made alot of copies of this game. Back then when I was a kid I beat the whole game in the sness.
what happened to the start of the video? Goes from starting at 6 seconds into the run to 49 seconds and you're in 1-2?

Is he playing this on an NES? The ending music doesn't have the additional FDS music. Wondering why.
It does have the additional music, just not all of the sound channels are present. Yes, playing on nes. Since this run I've had my console modded so it can play the extra sound channels now

Haha, yeah we can use saved stars. I haven't done a "New Game, Both Endings" run yet, but I have done "New Game, All Stages." I'll try to get the record for the new game both endings run some time soon

What did they do in SM64 that they didn’t do in Odyssey?
One example is Mario can't fall asleep near ledges in 64, to prevent him sitting down in midair and looking like he's floating. In odyssey he can fall asleep wherever and look like he's floating

I thought the fake Bowser in D--4 was Doug. Who's Bart? Or wait, is Doug in 9-3? Agh, I forget now, but I never heard of Bart.
Doug is 9-3, Bart is fds version D-4. He's actually a fake bowser that turns into a spiny if you kill him. He's spiky, like Bart Simpsons head.

@@jamesrelich8210the all stars version is a real bowser, he doesn't change into an enemy when he dies. So he's just Bruce again, like d-4 bowser is just bowser again
