With the resize option, you can choose to have an image 2x or 3x the size of your original.
if you slide the download slider to either 1.5, 2, 2.5, or 3 you will get as much as 1100+ DPI for PNG. This can be used on many, many POD sites. The only A-hole that won't except is Merch by Amazon because their mock-up generator is so old, it has not the ability to resize and allow the image to be put on the T-shirt. Canva is one the best free or paid design apps out there and when paired with Placeit you have a winner. Inclosing you do more research before saying things as you did. Oh, and I'm not trying to dog you.

OMG... wish I cam to this video first before ordering! They did not meet their order deadline and I never got my T-shirts from them. Sent them 3 emails with no responses.

This would be a decent video if you gave some alternatives. It is pretty irresponsible to make a video telling people not to use certain software and never revealing what you use instead. Especially, when you don't show any evidence and what you are saying is not a good enough reason to stop using Canva. You might need a workaround or two, but it is not as serious as you are making it seem.

Sharon Fitzgerald sure merch informer is great but he can use krita for free and it's the same result , merch informer is great for ranking and keywords but even that is much more flexible on other sites
You're better have your own design software.. I suggest Affinity Suites and just make an artboard or templates to make your life easier using the software. Affinity is only a one-time fee.
I just wasted four hours of my time to only have KDP reject my interior and cover for a print journal. Why would they have a template for books when they can't pass KDP? I guess I will try GIMP next. Is there anything out there that is easier? Thanks for the video!

Or you can do custom dementions of 5000x5000px, make the design, then download as a png. Or make it as pdf., then convert file to png afterwards.

Gimp is NOT user friendly canva is. Ive had so much trouble with gimp. From uploading to resizing. Gimp is not the answer.

Thanks for the info but I had a bit of trouble finding the section. It was "image" on main toolbar then scroll down to "scale image to new size."

Can you sell shirts made from Canva with out getting sued? If so can i do something to protect my self as a future small buisness person.
My understanding of this is that you can only use text and "free" elements. I'm pretty sure that the stock photos are off limits too.
