Hi Craig, you're very kind as always; fortunately we'll become parents in 3 months and, consequently, it isn't the most suitable time to take an important entrepreneurial step; also because we're still bruised by the flood we suffered last year! If life ever gives us fewer unexpected events and we meet the right partner, we'd gladly open our own restaurant; for now we have to hope that the channel gets off to a good start! Happy Easter! ❤️🤗
