      @@nzomy3056 I think it means sometimes we judge ourselves for how we feel, but instead of doing that we should let the feeling go instead as to not get caught up in it. That's my interpretation anyway

    I do this daily and it’s had such a positive effect on my life. Really helps me to understand what I want from my day. It really helps me to get out of bed; to actually want to get up in the morning. A massive change. Thank you so much I feel so blessed to have this as part of my daily routine. 🙏🏽❤️💕

      @@victormoazed3628 yeah listen to the same, I’d suggest to download insight timer they have custom routines and stuff like that for meditating, even just close your eyes and just sit there with a timer for however long which I find the most effective overtime for more focus and memory.

      @@victormoazed3628 As for me, I will do the same meditation at the same time every day, until I feel it's time for a change and then I find another one. For me, it's about 3 months. But you have to do what works for you.

    I'm trying to be a better version of myself this year, so I started with meditation about a week ago and I just can say that this helped me so much! I really felt more relaxed, less stressed and more happy. This video helped me to really get to know what I even want for the day and it helped me to understand why I wanted it! I really recommend to meditate at least 1time a day (I meditate 3 times a day) hope you guys will feel accomplished and satisfied with yourself ♡

      you should also try doing some yoga before your meditation sometimes! It allows you to move and stretch your muscles, and also get yourself calm and prepared for your meditation :)

Whatever troubles bring you here, or if you're here simply to relax and unwind, remember that you are important, you are valid, and that you have a right to be here. You are stronger than you know. You're still here, trying to make things better and to live a better life. Whatever is keeping you up at night, it is not stronger than you. You can get through this. I don't know you. You can dismiss this as the meaningless words of a stranger, or you can believe me. Whatever you choose, I believe in you. Put your hand over your heart. Take a deep breath. It might have been a tough day, but you made it. Tomorrow will be a new day.

    Thank you so much for this. It surely is now going to be apart of my everyday. To everyone who has came to this video looking for a sign or hoping this would work or just maybe stumble across this by accident. Take a breathe, be kind to yourself and be patient with yourself. You’re right where you need to be and you can do whatever you put your best effort towards. Drink lots of water and remember to stretch whenever you can and try to stay safe in these times.     I started off last year with bettering my self care. in a tough spot in life right now and realized i sort of relaised im not caring about myself. starting over again this year and exited to not quit 6 months in this time. i dont like to call it a new years resolution because thats not what it is. its somthing i really care about and want to keep going for life.

    Best guided meditation ivr done so far.
    I started wirh my head faced towards the ground, just a relaxed position.
    But ended up with my head up, smile on my face as if i was the most confident person in the world.
    My intention was to be confident and it shows again that your thoughts vreate your reality, this is something we can use on a daily basis where ever and whenever we want.
    Take control over your feelings instead of letting feelings take control over you.

    I'm this person who has trouble meditating even for 3mins i always used to feel "when's this session getting over i wanna moveee"
    but sir ur sessions I'm somehow able to sit for 10mins and wish it'd last longer
    i leave the mat with such positive energy

    I meditate frequently, and have for nearly 20 years now.. But for some reason, while listening to this one today, when setting my expectations for the day, I started to cry, and I have no idea why.. ALways love this guided talk downs, thank you Goodful :)

      10 minutes feels like a perfect amount of time right? Not too long but not too short either

      Honestly, since I've been doing this every day, it feels like 10 minutes is often too short. Maybe I'll do a little video editing and make a few of these into 20 minute, 30 minute, or even 60 minute meditations
      You have to really settle into the flow of breathing for awhile to let your mind settle, forgiving any worries, judgments, stress, anger, etc.

      Hopefully, this meditation made you feel awake, and NOT "woke". Meditation is supposed to improve you as a person, not make you a petulant snowflake.

    I have been using these vidoes as a tool to bring some calm and acceptance to my troubled life. I was unsure I would be able to concentrate but his voice really helps me to stay with my breath and to let thoughts and judgements flow downstream. It's really working. I'm not just calmer and happier but good things are happening in my life. Thank you.
