- I've always liked the Cougar Conquer case, and I always wanted to try to make it with my own hands. In this video, I will make a computer case with my own hands, similar to the Cougar Conquer case.
I hope you like my work and the video.

Everything was incredibly satisfying to watch, great job on everything!
Bravo! Waiting for part 2.
I can tell you are a welder by trade, those welds are fantastic!
Meskipun belum selesai. Ini terlihat sangat luar biasa. Saya menyukai cara anda membuatnya langkah demi langkah.
Great work! I really like how you show off all the diffrent techniques that you used to make the case and how you leverage 3D printing to make templates and so on! Subscribed and can't wait to watch your next project.
he just steal the video of the Russian creator FLFn th-cam.com/video/3Da9M21l7Hs/w-d-xo.html
Genuienly thought u had millions of subscribers judging from the quality of videos. Good job!
4:03 That looks like one hell of an old motherboard right there XD
Sure hope that's just a placeholder for dimensions...
Pretty well done, good result.
If you don't have the equipment to do it all yourself, or don't have the equipment, or both, you can basically design a lot in some simple 3D programs without it being too hard, Sketchup even, and send them off to companies that cut and bend things to your specs in all kinds of materials. Even with 3D printing alone you can get pretty far depending on what you want to do, strength of materials is a thing. Having the pieces made will cost you a bit of money mostly, not too much time, but is far cheaper than buying the equipment en learning to use those.
Also, now you know why cases cost so much, sure, they use different techniques to make the parts, but you can see how easy it is to see marks and all that, and you don't want those, so getting things nice and smooth and clean and painted well is very important.
Can't wait to see next episode 🔥
Thank you for posting this video. You have a new subscriber. Keep up the great work. You have amazing metal skills. Like a master craftsman at his work. You put a lot of time, & effort. In the small details of this case. Which in the end. Gives you one amazing pc case. I can’t wait for this next part.

Very nice design, very very good final product but I have a question in my mind...how much it weights?
Can you tell me the name of the 3D application you used? the work looks excellent, congratulations.
IL TUO E PIù BELLO DELL ORIGINALE SEI UN GENIO
I love it n I want to customize my own pc ❤
Very nice build mate!!

genial . saludos desde arg
Increíble.
muy buenooo!!!!
Good 👍🏻
You deserve millions of followers 😢
I hope some Day that I have the time to do this. I REALLY want to make a custom case using my laser cutter/engraver out of wood. I have the materials and the know how but I'm so busy just plain running my shop and the web site that it's hard to find time to do personal stuff that would take a whole lot of design work and prototyping to get right. I'd probably end up spending 20-30 hours on it, but man it'll look great once I'm able to! I'm half hoping someone commissions me to make a wooden laser cut PC case, then I'll just make 2 so I have one for myself. I've been trying to pitch the idea to a few People, but I don't know many PC folks in RL. If I was okay with an internet presence I might try to get the funding/justification that way. I don't want myself on the net at all besides YT comments, I'm on no other social media at all, it's best for me that way mentally. =\
Either way, very impressive and great work! I already subbed earlier today but you certainly get a like :D
Cool 😎
i subscribe cus i believe in this kind of a person, bet gonna reach 1m subs soon brother keep it up 🔥🔥
How much does a CNC machine like that that can do large pieces to build a case cost on average
hey this is great work I also wanna create a case for me can i get a 3D model file of this project?
U have all of the right tool
Please make gundam or mecha theme
Super
Sick. The 3d printing is cool but it's the metal work that's awesome. Do you sell your cases?
SUBSCRIBED!!!
Can I ask what the 3d design app name
great.
So, at 17:00 abouts, what is going on with bending the plastic- is that what I think it is? What I think it is- a rail that heats up along a line, then you put your plastic parts over it and it heats up that line only so that you can bend it easily, kinda like scoring something? Am I right? That's a really ingenious solution if so! If I'm wrong I'd love to know what's going on there.
Great video 🎉 Please share the dimensions file
wow i want it want i want 😍
Top...
This took how many weeks?
Wow :)
👏👏👏👏👏
great work but i have 2 objection
a) too much effort and time for such an old motherboard
b) it seems that the metal you use is way too thick and it would be really heavy
other than that, bravo
great pc, where is part 2?
wghat software do you use for the designg?
I have one of these and it was very good, in addition to implementing some improvements, the only thing I missed was the top plate where the fans go and in the power supply area, an airflow direction downwards so the hot air doesn't go to the motherboard ! Anyway, congratulations!
This is awesome, I love watching people build stuff like this, but out of curiosity, what motherboard is that you're using in it? Both it and the GPU look pretty ancient lol
nice... but how much does it weigh ? .... freakin master peice.
Now imagine how many tons this cabinet must weigh, huh?
episode 2 not out yet?
Hello Friend how are you? I wanted to make the same cabinet, couldn't you give me the measurements of each thing?
There is no risk of electrocution or breaking component with the metal frame (iron?)
Uh, just like with any case that's made out of aluminum or steel sheets, which is every case to my knowledge.
@@BloPsy__ aluminium is not conductive. And I think that steel have a coat or something
@@toraryugraphiperso3411 Aluminium is not conductive? I am electrician my man. There was a time when conduits were made out of aluminum, you may have such conduits in the walls of your home to this day..
@@BloPsy__ i make some search and I was wrong... I don't know where I heard that aluminum was not conductive....
So, metal don't have coating or special paint to prevent problem?
@@toraryugraphiperso3411 Paint can help to prevent an accident, but in the end, it's the brass standoffs that are preventing the motherboard to touch the panels (The Air barrier between the panel and MOBO is a good insulator). That's the only problematic part to this day, if it doesn't have a backplate of course like modern GPUs have.
not bad. but you can clearly do better) is there a freely available drawing of this case for solidWorks? (15:40)
Bro can you give me the paper project of this pc case it would be very helpful.
Not grounded?
When will the second episode come?
Very nice and professional skills I still appreciate you a lot
Talent never sleeps hungry
no bad
Pc case for enternity
Great job, but it must have been very heavy, it would be much better and lighter if it were made of aluminum
they do sell your case on aliexpress now
Hii sir please give me cabinet dimensions
FLFn?
Ficou pesado com tanto ferro..😅😅
I think those metals r stainless
No mild steel frame acrylic panels.
20kg chasis
So that's how it is Made in China 🤣
nice tools so nobody builds by his own
pls get a cpu cooler
why are you deceiving viewers using stolen videos from the flfn channel
Oh... Cougar Conquer case.
As neat as this video is, I always get aggravated at how loosely TH-camrs use the term "DIY". In my opinion DIY means that you only use tools or materials that are readily commonly used and readily available. At least in my area my neighbors and I don't all have welders, drill presses, angle grinders, 3D printers, and CNCs just laying around.
The title is clickbait and will give a decent amount of viewers unrealistic expectations that they can make anything close to this without thousands of dollars in tools and materials...
but he did it himself
😂😂
"Unique" dont get it why its called unique cuz you literally copied it.
I also want to make it can you give me its measurement design... Please 🥺🥺
