Amazing DIY PC Case made of Plywood / 3D Printing & Laser cutting
Hi! In one of the last videos (th-cam.com/video/vjsUkGQIBzc/w-d-xo.html) I made a plywood case from scratch with my own hands. To begin with, I designed a 3D model in the program, taking as a reference the factory case made of metal - "Cougar Conquer". And then sent the files for laser cutting and 3d printing. The result was a very unusual case made of plywood.
In this video I decided to finalize the 3D model. To customize the appearance and make it more attractive. As a result, I got a case in vintage style.
II eventually brought this idea to life and offer to watch the process for you!
I hope you enjoy!

DIY Plywood PC Case | 3D printing and laser cutting
มุมมอง 2.8K2 หลายเดือนก่อน
Hi! In one of the past videos (th-cam.com/video/ENA1KOeDi98/w-d-xo.html), I welded a case from metal, for reference was chosen case - "Cougar Conquer". To make that case, initially I modeled it in a program on the computer. And suddenly an idea popped into my head. And why not to remake this 3d model and not to make the case from plywood by laser cutting. And more complex parts can be printed f...
PC build with custom wood overlays
มุมมอง 2.2K4 หลายเดือนก่อน
Recently, I happened to come across a custom case that was paneled with wood sheets. I really liked this design and decided to do something similar with the Cougar Airface. My 3D modeling skills, as well as my 3D printer and laser engraver helped me in this endeavor. With these tools, it was not difficult to make the same design. Let's see what I did😉 3d printers used : Flying Bear Ghost 4s Tev...

Retro case in a GAMING PC - RESTORATION AND CUSTOMIZATION
มุมมอง 258Kปีที่แล้ว
Hi! In this video I will be restoring and customizing an old retro case. A customer sent me this old case and suggested I restore it and customize it a bit. He also wanted me to build a powerful gaming computer in it. This idea seemed to me interesting, so I gladly agreed to restore the retro case and convert it to modern computer components. What came out of it you will learn in this video. En...

Still one of my fav PC case refresh / diy / mod. Any more of these type videos planned??
That sheet metal bending jig is pretty neat! I might make something like that myself. Nice project!
Nice work. I'm still have my first custom case from 2007ish, though it's missing the acrylic side panel. I plan to do something just like this with it in the future- I'll make a new side panel that's just one big window. It's a Raidmax Aztec case (orange accented version). The front panel still works just as it should but it's old- it has 4 CD slots and nothing but old HDD mountings since SSD's weren't a thing back then so I'll cut all that out and work that into a spot for a AIO and probably cut some holes for extra fans. Cases were a lot different back then but I've kept it since it was my first real case. It has some neat features where the back doesn't actually come off, but folds out making it easier (for the time) to work on your rig. It's majorly obsolete now but if I did something like this I can give it some new life. I'm going to do it up in all White with black accents- Black and white is my go-to when using RGB, the white turns into whatever color my rgb is setup to display. I may even get crazy with it and mount mirrors an every internal surface that I can without messing up functionality- that's one thing I've always wanted to do with a custom PC. My next idea with custom cases I want to do (I'll probably do this first/soonish)- I want to make an all wood case using my laser engraver, which I'd sell as a kit so others will be able to buy the kit and maybe even the files so others with a CNC or laser cutter can also make their own. One little tip- get some very fine grit sandpaper (2000-4000 grit) and maybe sand down the acrylic with a bit of water and it'll look like glass when you're done. I used to do this on the old cases I had when acrylic windows were still more common than glass, they'd get fogged/faded over time and a quick sanding would get rid of all the imperfections (obviously not deep gouges but you probably get what I'm saying). Anyway, very impressive! I think it's pretty neat that it's still using what looks to be older hardware instead of going top tier on everything! Thanks for the vid! Sub earned ;)
Saruman the black!
Holy s 😮😮😮😮
Hii sir please give me cabinet dimensions
Beautiful!
Now with a GPU!

Wonderful
The one PC that could've housed Noctua fans, yet didn't have any.
The color scheme was well and truly perfect for Noctua!
Don't want to say but it looks like antec torque
i think thats the idea
Super cool case!
Does it run good? We should get a review.
Whatever happened to “falcon cases” everyone had to have one back in early 2000’s!
what is the name of that of that machine
I feel lack of rtx 4060 in this case :) it will be awesome
Very inspiring. Thank you!
hi!!! this project deserves my admiration!
Well done
Ficou pesado com tanto ferro..😅😅
I have always wanted to make my own case from furniture grade woods. This is an awesome example. If I HAD to make one critique it would be painting all the 3D printed items in gloss black to match the nice gloss black "L" brackets you got for the base feet.
Amazing watch. I subscribed very quickly. I'll admit the design style of that Cougar model isn't my cup of tea, but I stuck with it because the craftspersonship and engineering fascinates me. Thank you for doing such a meticulous job documenting the journey!
This is one of the coolest videos on YT, so freakin satisfying.
Love one of these to review on our channel. Could sell these!
Beside the incredibly creative and resourceful project that was a joy to watch, thanks for letting the video play with natural sounds - almost ASMR-y - instead of adding some sort of generic blasting music 99 percent of channels put on things like this.
amazing
Wowwwwww fantastic!!
Gostei muito, se você mandar as medidas eu vou tentar reproduzir e reenvio depois pra mostrar como ficou.
Wow.... Fantastic!!!.... How about some lights bro...
Genuienly thought u had millions of subscribers judging from the quality of videos. Good job!

Nah, this looks like my moms century link modem

You are a genius ❤️
Nice case what sensor is for the wave function
This is awesome, I love watching people build stuff like this, but out of curiosity, what motherboard is that you're using in it? Both it and the GPU look pretty ancient lol
впечатляюще. прям совсем заняться было нечем, видимо ))
Please my computer case I don't have it's name help me to find name and customize it
