You don’t put soap in the middle of the agitator that’s for fabric softener, you push the button so the machine fills up with water for fabric softener rinse. You did a nice job with the review.

Would love to hear an update since its almost been a year. I just ordered mine and was wondering if theres any serious cons about it. If it washes and dries efficiently, i’m good.
@@ClarkeLSmithfills with enough water to make clothes wet only unless you use bulky items setting and still does not fill all the way, had technician out apparently it's "normal". Also poor customer service from Lowe's and horrible service from delivery co.
Also tech with 18 years experience said yeah this will last 6 maybe 8 years. So I'm paying approx $200 a year for the priveledge of owning this appliance I don't really care for.

That is not a soap dispenser it's a fabric softener dispenser
Unless you place the dryer to the "MORE" setting, you may be wasting your energy... Definitely try it, you'll be surprised!
