The hammock stand is from ‘adventure hammock systems’ and the hammock is ‘Amok’ but a regular parachute hammock is pretty comfortable as well. The fan is just a battery fan from Amazon that lasts about 12+ hours, I don’t even know the brand, it just has a picture of a cloud face blowing wind lines on it haha
My 2015 Colorado has just enough room under the back seats for jumper cables, a lithium jump pack, and some tie downs. Does the RR back seat have room for any of that stuff?
@@jayrod377 For sure. I wish it had AC vents for the back seat… i haven’t been able to figure out how to get around that one with aftermarket, and also cooled/ventilated seats would be awesome… i was surprised that it didnt have them to be honest. Other than that, everything else can be fixed with aftermarket parts and some time and effort. Some better grab handles in the interior would be nice as well. The biggest issue i have with these things is that there are other ranger raptors around the world that do have rear vents and grab handles and other ford SUV’s and trucks have had the vented seats for years now in the ford family. But that being said, i wouldn’t trade this truck for another vehicle that had that stuff if it meant i lost out on the drivetrain in the ranger raptor! I love it
@@flaberdoopinI’m not GM loyal, but it’s turned out that I’ve only ever owned GM/Chevy vehicles for myself. It’s just worked out that way. Any Ford surprises would I have in store for me? I hear the Ford jokes quite often but I also hear them on both sides and just assumed it was brand loyalty speaking. I definitely am loving what I’m seeing of this vehicle but also need something that will last 9-10 years with the basic tune up. Is reliability being traded for performance? Thoughts?
I think the ecoboost engines are pretty well proven at this point and I have every expectation that it will last 10+ years with basic maintenance easily. I’m not a loyalist either, we are trading my wife’s sienna in for a Tahoe soon, we looked at the expedition but the expedition just wasn’t as well built from the feel of it. I also wanted the 6.2 in the Chevy, ford only offers a 3.5 ecoboost, plenty of power but for towing there is no replacement for displacement
@@flaberdoopin congratulations on the new job! Awesome to hear about the RR.. still considering if I get out of my gen1 raptor going to the RR for several reasons
@@flaberdoopin that definitely would be the toughest part. Mine has cooks headers and exhaust so it definitely has a nice rumble to it. However, owning a new RR with a full warranty would be nice as well.
@@blazing2557 I’ll be that sounds awesome. I am with you on having a truck that is under warranty… it is nice to know that if it blows up, Ford will pay for it haha.
Those Amoks are great - I love mine.
They really are awesome! I love it
Awesome! Arrive in style... Relax in style!
Haha, I like that. My new life motto
Sweet set up!
Thanks! i dig it for sure
That is one mega contraption!
It is indeed but it is totally awesome
Hope your good. Miss the videos
Thanks boss, just checked into new command so I have been busy but have some new ideas for videos soon
@@flaberdoopin thank you for your service
Hanging out, it looks like you moved in.
Ha! If I can take a 2 hour nap while the kids ride horses I call it a win
Cool. I like it. Where did you get it?

You could fit all that under the seat, I have a bunch of tie downs and a jump starter and a first aid kit under the seat in the back
Is there anything about the RR that you don’t like, or wish would be different? Something that can’t be changed via aftermarket…

How have you been? How's the raptor doing and how many miles are you up to?

It would be tough to give up that awesome sounding V8. I love the ranger raptor but that 6.2 in the gen 1 is just so awesome

Do you personally put premium or regular unleaded in it?
@@jayrod377 I run premium most of the time unless i am going to be doing a long road trip at constant speed… if i am doing that i just go with regular

Super solid. Much better than my M3 did on wet surfaces
