Let me know what kinda vids you wanna see in the future on this channel!!!
mitch hedberg said that blowup matresses are for people who like to sleep on the floor, but just not right away.
haha definitely true for those Walmart air mattresses.
Mitch Hedberg was stupid funny!!! I miss his kind of comedy!!!!!
The carabiner is supposed to go through the rain fly to hold it.
Good to see a young guy in the woods not just in the backyard - keep on doing it
Really appreciate it! If you checkout my other videos you'll see I practically live in the woods haha
Another great video thank you for posting and sharing it with us it sure is nice to walk in and have your Camp already set up all you have to do is eat and put your pajamas on thank you again. Jake McClellan The Oregon Boy 👦
It is always nice to hike into a ready made camp haha. I need to do another camp at the wall tent while we have this cold weather before I take it down for the summer
Great video. Got me wanting to get out in the hammock. Been itching life just hasn’t aligned with the weather.
def try to get out there. Personally I'm dreading the summer months
I am interested in the hammock and I am glad I saw this video. Thanks!😊
Glad the video was helpful. Its a solid piece of gear.
I love my Haven
What’s the wool anorak you got there? Looks decent. Also, what’s the wind breaker jacket you pulled out from bottom of bag,
Thanks for Heaven Tent description but you should strip before getting into your sleeping bag !
@lucwider49 I'd just end up making the bag even dirtier haha. But when I'm solo camping in the mountains I keep my clothes on so if I need to deal with something in the middle of the night I can just get up and go
Hey brother, am I mistaken, you have a NightCat Layflat also right? Would you do a video comparing and contrasting the two? Which you like better, why etc, please and thank you. God bless you.
I do have indeed have both. I'd have to find a space to set them up together but in short I defintely prefer this haven tent. With the sleeping pad it packs smaller and slightly lighter than the night cat and it sleeps better. I think it is very much worth the extra money
Get on GETTR they love you I post all your videos I live in Hendersonville North Carolina
I'll check GETTR out rn, thanks for the recommendation! And I think I've drove through hendersonville NC a few times.
Which one did you like the night cat or the heaven what do think for the price
If money is tight the nightcat is a very good options. I genuinely like both, and both sleep great. I think most people would prefer the Haven Hammock tent since its easier to setup and theres almost no risk of rolling the hammock. So if you're good with the higher price tag go with the haven hammock tent
Hey man, have you tried sleeping in this on the ground as a tent? I'm interested in this for its versatility and I'm curious to hear what people have experienced when not using it as a hammock
I have not done that yet. So far each time I've headed out to use this hammock tent I've went with the intention of using it as a hammock. But I'll definitely get around to using it on the ground. When I first used it, once the material and straps stretched overnight my hip area was touching the ground so that kinda counts haha
@@procaliberhq haha nice, I thought it might count if that happens lol! I'd love yo hear what you think as I haven't found any video of someone using it as both for an extended amount of time and I'd love to hear some feedback!
Love VAER watches. Own one of their solar powered dive watches and it’s great quality.
This is my first one and I absolutely love it!
@@procaliberhq the lume is amazing as well. Literally shines bright all night.
Where are you from?
Virginia
Love that you rock your EDC 🤘🙂💯👍 Go 2A!!!
Appreciate it!
Which do you like better; the Haven or the Night Cat and why? Do either one of them have condensation issues?
I didn't have an issue with condensation but I always used them in mostly open configurations. If you fully inclosed them or are in extremely humid conditions you'll get a small amount of condensation but no more or less than any other hammock or tent. And I think the haven tent is going to be the best fit for The vast majority of people.
What spot light do you use to film at night?
Sometime I use my cell phones light or put one of my hadlamps around my tripod.
What pack is the one you have in this video?
Its the first thing listed in the description.
Could a 40
Pound dog fit in comfortably?
The weight limit for this base model is 275 so you should be fine. Theres plenty of room depending on how your dog would like to sleep in the hammock.

Thank you!
Your video and knowing my brittany should fit swayed me to buy one of these over the other bridge options.
👏⛺️👌🤠🇳🇴
Thank ya
why do you southerners sleep with all your cloths on?
During the winter I prefer to sleep in my clothes because If I have to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom or deal with an unwanted animal I don't have to fool around with getting dressed. Its also nice to wake up and already be wearing warm clothes. If I'm at a campground or something I'll change out. But I sleep very comfortably in my clothes even with boots on, but I know that some people can't sleep unless they change into a set of night clothes.
Saw you have the SMR pufflo...should really try their Puffle Quilt. I no longer use sleeping bags. I have their 20° down quilt and their Pares hammock. Both are Fan-fricken-tastic. Also got the haven tent sent to me for review which I have yet to film.
Thanks for the recommendation I'll def look into it.
Great follow up review on the Haven system. Helps me make the decision to pull the trigger on it.
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for coverage Right Side!
Thank you!
