    It would be really great with a general tutorial rather than something very specific for very specific scenarios. I have a hard time finding any information other than the manual that explains the general how to's about this pedal. Having a hard time understanding things from reading the manual, as it doesn't explain a lot of things.
    Hope you could make a tutorial for us super newbies to midi

    So I am just getting to the 2.2 update on my DMC Micro 4 LED model. Made the video on it controlling a Terraform and Volante at the same time in the past, Volante works no problem, but the Terraform is struggling now. Can't seem to get it to program the bypass setting on the presets I want to stay bypassed, it only has 8 (and a bypass) presets slots, that I used to be able to assign any of those 8 (or the bypass of 9) to any of the 100 preset inside the DMC, now if I change a preset and try to save on the Terraform by sending a CC to it, now it will change all presets in the DMC to the one you were hoping to assign to one individual preset. I'm wondering if a Custom setting would help set this Wampler Terraform work again.. Thanks Matthew!

    Simple question. For the C4 Synth pedal, can and/or should the DMC.micro Pro be used for real time live gig situations with a bass guitar?

      Sure, I'm a bass player myself and I've used my DMC.micro with my C4 on lots of live gigs.

      Cool. I'm not a "midi" guy but I would think today's midi foot controllers are provide multiple uses, like switching sounds during the gig. Thanks! @@DisasterAreaDesigns

    Hi Matthew, I'm new to Midi pedals and I'm looking for a compact midi pedal that would allow me to control parameters + tap tempo on my TC Electronic Plethora X3. Is the Micro PRO a good product for that? Thanks!

      Micro Pro would probably work fine, depending on what tou want to control. You might also look at our MIDI Baby 3, it's a bit of a different controller but might do what you want better. If you're still on the fence feel free to email though the website and our support folks can help you out.

    Hi! I'm considering buyng a DMC.micro but still not sure if it is suitable for my situation. I'm planning to use it with two Alexander Pedals devices (Defender and Wavelength) and a Source Audio C4. The question is, it possible to control all three pedals simultaneously based on the song presets in DMC.micro. Let's say preset "Song 1" means, that Defender sets to its own preset 8, Wavelength sets to its onw preset 2 and C4 sets to its own preset 6. Then I switch the DMC.micro to preset "Song 2" and three devices change their presets to the ones corresponding with Song 2. Is that possible with the DMC.micro?

      Hey there! I designed the Wavelength and Defender, and I can assure you that they work great with the DMC.micro! You can absolutely do what you're asking, you'll need either a MIDI Box or a TRS Y cable to connect the two Alexander pedals to the MultiJack. Feel free to email through the site (either Alexander or DAD) if you have any specific questions about connecting or using this stuff.

    Can I use the DMC Micro to add two stomp buttons to my Line 6 HX Stomp? Hope so, just ordered it

    • @DisasterAreaDesigns
      @DisasterAreaDesigns  ปีที่แล้ว

      Sure, you can use the UTIL mode to send the MIDI messages for FS4 + FS5, they're listed in the HX manual.

      @@DisasterAreaDesigns actually I have 4/5 stomps covered, I was basically wanting to add more stomps for other effects other than stomps 1,2, and 3….

    • @DisasterAreaDesigns
      @DisasterAreaDesigns  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@thenashvillebassmentor594 There are a few commands that are pre-mapped in the Stomp for various functions, listed on p49-50 of its manual. You can also assign just about any MIDI CC value to do things on the Stomp like bypass blocks, but those are on a per-preset basis so you'd have to set them up on all your patches.

      Yup, you sure can. But not if you're using the jack as a MIDI interface, as shown in this video.
