It's a gem, fantastic house, the fireplace wall, the kitchen is really contemporary, not to mention the pool, except for two little things, the shower needs another glass panel as door to look finished and the green tiled buffet area looks flimsy doesn't look good with the round table ,the rest is conformable and beautiful, also , I wouldn't put the sauna in the basement, it should be accessible to the master,,,👌!
You missed an opportunity to really showcase that view of the pool, gorgeous green yard and tree canopy from the 2nd floor balcony/deck off the master. People want/need to linger a moment on the views!
holy moly, update 1 month later, asking 3.89million. Purchased $875k in 2021. Its in a dump surrounded by forested old ancient homes where the gentrification has raised their $400k values to $800k-1million as they stand. They are in this home at least $2.8million selling since March 2024 :(
The property is beautiful and I think the location is beautiful too… I’m not from the United States but I thought I saw regular light switches from the 90’s inside the property for a $4.2M property… it’s unacceptable and disrespectful.
Looks bland, boring, and 'safe' with no luxury amenities besides the sauna. Taking the 7600 sqft, removing the garage 7000sqft, and dividing it by 2, that is the size of a large home today. Only looking at areas you want to live in, this 3500sqft home would be $800k to $1.5million easily. Combining these two homes we get a fair price of $1.6million to $3million for this property. The only way you are making anyone believe this is worth more than $3million is if it has luxury features, great interior design, large expansive yard, million dollar views, easy access to your job/hobbies, or have it fully furnished with only the best items. The Tile+Countertop with damage to the wall on the left at 6:25 already sets the tone for the house as being a flip and not worth the $4milllion....

Beautiful ❤
$4.2 million and the neighbor's house is within arms reach???? Hard pass.
to me thats the only downside to this house
that was my exact thoughts. That much money, I want some distance from my neighbors
ME I LIKE IT(AWESOME)
7:47 is that wall just dirty or just poorly painted?
At 7:24, how is there a balcony 10 feet up,when the person filming didn't even go up any stairs.

Not a very good location for the sauna. There should be more privacy and an adjoining bathroom.
What happened to the other guy?
The team wanted a beautiful girl to review their beautiful houses, it is part of physiology PR to buy the house. Like magic.
