Really beautiful home! A bit surprised it has a standard shingle roof given the harsh weather you can have in TN (ex. tornadoes, hail, etc) and not a metal/forever roof. Is it being sold turnkey or are the furnishings just for staging?
The layout of the house is choppy and all those stairs.. ugh. Also, for 6 million, I should be able to walk in and make myself at home, not having to do projects. Ie. Closets. Also, is there only a 3 car garage? I know it's in Brentwood. However, it's not worth 6 million. Maybe 3.5..

thats a poorly designed master bedroom, bathroom, closet, laundry room for sure. They spent more time designing the bar and cellar than the black toilet room and the master bedroom.

For anyone that is seriously shopping for a home, I want to EASILY find ALLLLLLL of the stats of a home at the beginning of video or at least ALLLL of stats in description, which includes... area, address, # beds, baths, Sq ft, and **ACREAGE**!!! Without having to CALL off. to find out any of these VITAL things, that a person finds imperative when buying a home!!!There's a lot of work and frustration, when it comes to finding the right home, and NO one wants to have to call an office, to find these things out on a big percent of homes your viewing, when so many times this is just a tactic (in Some cases!) to get customers to call, in order to get ph or email, etc.! It isn't a good practice bc until I am serious about viewing property I'm not giving out my info and is annoying and will only make me go elsewhere!! This happens too much, for it not to be intentional! So once again, I don't find Acreage info and I listened to video and viewed Dems and also not able to see video of outside Property as well!! I'm sorry if thus sounds harsh, but this continues to happen with multiple agencies!! PLZ!❤️❤
