The original façade was preserved and thoughtfully enhanced with insulation and triple-glazed windows, creating an energy efficient envelope.
The new extension introduces a fresh and modern feel. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interior with natural light, while expansive overhangs provide shelter from the elements. The Green roof further elevate the design, reflecting the client’s vision of a west coast-inspired retreat.
