The house is very much better than the tired multi-gabled type houses that dominate new Nashville construction. The European type courtyard is wonderful.
The upstairs bedrooms are somewhat confusing, the bunk room for example. Is the brown tiled bathroom to be shared with the bunk room.
The large back-to back open areas near the bunk room, are they meant to be upstairs family/television rooms. The lack of a powder room near the game/media room is glaring.
There should be a hand held shower wand in all bathrooms, rain heads can be a pain if one does not hair wash every day. The closet spaces are much nicer than the usual generic Home Depot installs. The screened porch is a huge plus. The primary bedroom should be a retreat with space for a sitting area of two chairs or a settee, west coast architects always get this right. The high wall in the back yard screens the school next door. Overall, the house is very nice and the architectural design is a breath of fresh air, when compared to the usual stodgy Nashville designs.
