    I lost 30kgs in the 1st lockdown. But then I let loose myself, started eating everything again and gained more weight than it was ever before! So maintaining weight is really really important.

    During pregnancy i was 105kg, now im 62kg, ive lost 43kg so far. I am hoping to lose 6-8kg during Ramadan. My goal weight is 48-50kg. Its hard coz im nearer to my ideal weight and its harder to lose.

    Well done. In January I was 101kg, today in June I am 81kg. I am determined to get down to at least the 65-70kg range. Its tough but very rewarding. I was depressed a long time but I am conquering these demons and taking charge of my life.

      Mera puri life yeh issue raha hai. Abhi thodi raahat.mili hai, I lost almost 60kgs in3 and half month. Uske liye suger band karni padegi. Mitha khane ka.mann kare to fruit kha lo. Weight loss karna mann ko strong banana hai and thodi plani G plotting and cooking healthy fo yur self. Exercise se speed up ho jaega process.

If you are confident enough you will lose weight. If not you will welcome many diseases. I am also one among those overweight people. I am losing weight to be healthy. My overweight is not my crime with my body. It's all about lifestyle, responsibilities and commitments that made me overweight. I had issues because of overweight. But what do you say about people who were standing in doctor q for same problems or even worse but looking skinny? It's just a myth to say only overweight people get all diseases. Ground reality is different which you realise only when you visit hospital. Yes overweight is bad. We will correct it. What has this to do with my confidence? If you are confident you solve many problems. If you are not confident you invite many problems.

    Body shaming is never right but you went metamorphosis due to it. That proves we are just lazy and there's nothing like thyroid and other excuses in most of the cases. In most of the cases we tend to eat more, move less.
