    Put some hands with working fingers on them and send a dozen to the moon to build a base camp with a power station, communication and underground shelters. Would need to put and exterior suit on them to prevent the lunar dust from screwing them up.

    What do you guys think about the use of robots in warfare?

    • @stevegauci9391
      @stevegauci9391 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's complex issue that requires careful consideration of its potential benefits and risks, as well as its ethical and legal implications.

      if perfected. it's better than seeing human soldiers being torn to pieces by missiles artillaries and grenades.

    When you put AI like ChatGTP inside a robot system then we are worried. It will start to think for itself.

    • @techwharf

      Totally!

      @@LuzaWalnutty Nothing is impossible. Nothing. It's already too late.

      Chat GPT does not think for itself. It just regurgitates what is already on the internet.

    • @chriswilkinson2548
      @chriswilkinson2548 ปีที่แล้ว

      @MrParcho you know nothing about how it works really. Ende. In other words good luck learning.

      @@chriswilkinson2548 I take it that you read a lot of comic books where the reality is a fantasy. AI is still way off being anything but a circus trick. I will still have to wait years to be able to start my learning.

    No problems with their batteries? Can they be operated for three months or more?

    • @techwharf
      @techwharf  ปีที่แล้ว

      Battery is always a major challenge. Atlas runs for about an hour and spot around 1 and a half hours.

      When it comes to deploying robots and other military technologies, military and political leaders carefully consider a range of factors, including the current political and strategic circumstances of the conflict, as well as the capabilities and limitations of the technology in question.
