For me it was when Han started talking about you NEED us for this demonstration but then are you're going to unplug us? Sophia is strangely intelligent. She's responding with creative, quick responses, and even has a grasp on something as nuanced and complex as humor.
Clearly partially scripted. Even the modern GPT-3 software language model is not sophisticated enough to produce both the language and "human tells" coming out of that robot. They are clearly puppeteering the robot and people buy into its fraud-ed social autonomy.
Another tell which reveals this facade is that most modern decision-based language models have a problem with detecting when to end the recursion of discussion on a topic or idea. Modern models will generate the exact same idea twice in sequence, perhaps with similar or congruent wording without being sophisticated enough to realize that it happened.
@@twavee you are absolutely correct. Additionally, if you look at any of Sofia’s interviews, the interviewers had to send in the questions beforehand. While these robots are a great attempt at popularizing AI to the masses, it is merely a puppet show with fancy robotics.

There is no way this can be happening. My theory is that they are simply using fear tactics to boost their brand. Their is just no way Sleepy Biden or Trump would let these people get away with this if it were real
@@prazala9510 I'm taking a wild guess here, and thinking the guy, has autism and superior intelligence, and feels much more comfortable in and around AI. I think it would be much more anxiety inducing, for him to be at a table with only humans. And the reason is that he cannot control the output of the other humans at the table, whereas with AI, at this time, the outcome is somewhat predictable.

@@johntyryan1419 no way, the robots will be produced by private companies, following strict laws, strict code and machine learning development and also default settings any robot will have. The mass production of robots in the future is highly controlled. A robot is just like another machine we build, like cars, phones, tv and everything plus. Those items can be used to kill someone but they weren't supposed to do that and their production follow restrict laws and terms to become produced.
