@@AbundantLivingEcuador organic growing and regenerative farming is the soul of agriculture and this is another reason why I love Ecuador so much. The best produce I’ve ever had was from there! I thought it was so cool to learn the potato actually originated in Bolivia/Peru/Ecuador

@@sheldon3043 Yeah, people can do so much here in Ecuador with organic farming. For many local families around our area, Vilcabamba & Malacatos, organic farming is their norm. We have had many tips and tricks for natural agriculture shared with us by our experienced local neighbors. There is even an organic farmers market on Saturdays in Vilcabamba.
And yes, there are SO many different potato varieties here! There are many yummy traditional dishes made with them.

Great video! My ambition and goal is to move with my family to Ecuador, or north of Peru, and start a low scale family business. Maybe it will grow in time. Very thankful for this information. Looking forward to check out the rest of your channel. Bless.

There are some great agricultural opportunities here in Loja, especially producing for export.

I'm a single guy, 66+. Looking for a small place, .25 ha+/-, to rent or buy. Just want to grow vegies and raise some chickens/eggs for personal use. Looking to move either Ecuador or Puerto Rico, around January. No large city, seems the Loja area would be great, small town, good main road. SS will be a little over $1500.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Of course all plans depend on Covid, I am fully vaccinated. Got my rabies tags(vaccine passport)
