I’m an Aussie and bought an acre in Spain, the property was dry hard dirt and in only a few months it’s back to green grass and full of flowers, my veggies are fed grass, water and sun no chemicals or fertilisers.
Hobby gardens are fine but they can never feed the world. We need high intensity agriculture for that. We'd have to raze half of the remaining forests on Earth to grow all we need using your rainbow unicorn farm fad.
Recently, I thought my depression about the world, the environment, would win the day. Then I started looking into gardening, and then into no dig gardening, and then into what is happening in regenerative farming. The hope I now feel is something I didn’t think I’d feel again. Thank you for helping our earth.
Check out the Paani Foundation and what they’re doing in India, as well as permaculture in the Loess plateau in China. Those two projects gave me my hope back.

This is a stunning encapsulation of the positive impact regenerative agriculture can have on land, our health and climate change. What a beautiful film.
Lets all share this program to all landholders. Would be great to hear what efforts landholders are undertaking at present. We have reduced synthetic fertiliser by 30% with a phase out over 3 years replacing with guano fertiliser. Introducing protozoa, beneficial microbes (from Graeme SAIT) , adding vermicast from self managed worm farm. Adding humates with all granulers, adding fulvic acid with all liquids. Big thanks to Graeme Sait and Nicole Masters. Cover cropping with lucerne under cereals. All legumes are left alone in cereal crops. My boys learning more, never stop learning.
What a gift to be working in the Regen space for over 10 years! We have been working with change-makers all over the world and we have seen this movement unfold from people feeling alone and isolated and now in 2021 getting closer to mainstream. What a journey and excited that this news is spreading wide and far.
I am glad and happy that you have changed the way you think. It is not just about the money.!!! My old Grandfather told me years ago that we are custodians of the land, that's all, as it will be there long after we are gone. So if you ever purchase land , make it as fertile as you can for the next generations. Don't just have one type of animal using it and grow all different kinds produce and trees.. This is not something new, it is just more people are realizing that pesticides & herbicides are not really needed which saves them money straight off the back.. Well done, keep up the good work.
Last I went along to a Climate Change Symposium at Central Queensland University arranged by the Capricorn Conservation Council. One of the speakers was a local glazier of cattle, he was promoting the same idea. His property outside of Rockhampton, Qld. had dramatically change since using the principal for the better. Wonderful documentary, thank you.
This is phenomenal. The cinematography, the message, the farm, and its story. Well done. I'm adding to my list of videos I use to convert people to a better way of living.
Decide to see your farm in 30 years, maybe longer ... and you’ll see it. We need men like you to assume they get to stay longer than expected . Thanks for your work. ❤️
I have been using this same thinking for years now. We use what we need to for our rabbits, chickens and ducks and get them onto a new patch of natural grazing within the week. We're seeing the results already. This lot was traditionally farmed (sprays and whatnot) before we purchased it. Now, three years on, deer come to graze our pasture. Not our neighbors to the north. Not our neighbors to the south. One of those neighbors asked why the deer aren't afraid of us. I told him they are afraid of us but our pasture is so much better tasting and nutritious, compared to yours, that they are willing to risk it. He laughed and said I was full of crap but still the deer graze my lot. Not his. They spray. I don't. The deer tell me who's correct.

Bought 33 acres in Australia, 2 years ago. Always been of the organic mindset. We are certainly turning things around slowly. A couple of acres is full of fruit trees , shrubs , plants etc. our sheep and 4 cows run on the rest with out fowl. Looking forward to turning things around over the next few years. Of note, we have started to get more thistles ( look similar to the ones you showed) our Dorper sheep absolutely love them and are expecting a large drop in thistles next season. As they eat them before seeding.
Great video with such a powerful message. If we can only get this message to the millions who don’t have a clue about our planet and what it is we need to live a good healthy life - thank you!!!

Great stuff! There is a bright future ahead for us if we can institute better farming practices. The change from semi desert to bushy and wooded grasslands happened quite quickly with almost full recovery within five years. So good to see Love it. I work in Zambia teaching conservation agriculture. Now looking at how we might bring in the components of regenerative agriculture that could be adopted in context of the local traditions and cultural environment. There has to be a change in paradigms here.
I am a big believer in what people on the land long ago can tell us about the care of the land, and farming long before chemicals. We hear so much about the word 'substainability' these days, farming the same piece of land for hundreds of years is the perfect example for me.

All good ideas that work as u work in sync with how the Good Lord designed this planet. Balance being key. A variety of fauna & flora goes to breed up birds, insects & biological activity that brings this balance. What I have added to this mix is placing my Maker as my manager. I look for guidance from above in all things as I do not know what the future will bring, only He does. Also I have intergrated organic farming principals with finding people who wish to build a small community around the farm. This is not easy for honesty & a moral standard are needed for that to be achieved. Yet with guidance from above this is being achieved.
Though regenerative agriculture is essential, in America individual home owners need to make their yards regenerative also. Lawns need to be replaced with food gardens and forests even if it’s just 1/4 acre or less. Lawns wasting water, fertilizer and poisons need to be abandoned.
I wish HOAs would listen… that and my parents who refused to head me say that the lawn should be removed so we could plant a whole native patch…. Why do they want a lawn they don’t see? I will have a conversation about the whole thing tomorrow. I’m the only one with a view into the backyard of the lawn and I’d like to fix the landscape into healthy
Wool is not the only fibre that will regenerate landscapes. Hemp plants can subquestion a lot of carbon and help to rebuild soil health as well as producing a fibre that humanity has used for centuries.

So interesting... mind blowing even
I love this film so inspiring. Just getting started in my pasture rotation this year with cow / poultry for regeneration of our soils. We are also buying neighboring fields that have been destroyed by chemical farming and plan to restore 🙏🏻 thank you 😊 I will share widely to help bring the change to 🌎
Brilliant we definitely have to change our ways of looking ar what we eat what we do in life
100%!
Do it with me, Brother 🙏🏼🕊️
Wonderful documentary. Much needed today.
Yet with guidance from above this is being achieved.
beautiful documentary.
Not only that the amount of oxygen that is produced is quite mind blowing
Thank you 🙏 ❤
Great work . Keep educating.
Humble. Curious. Brave.
This is so beautiful
