28 teeth on the rear sprocket and your bike cna still accelerate? Man, I setup my 420cc minibike with a 14T clutch and 40T rear sprocket. It wouldn't move. The I changed to a 50T rear sprocket, it moves a bit, but I have to give it a walking start to get it to accelerate. Now I ordered a 60T rear sprocket so I'm hoping it will accelerate now from a dig. I'm not overly heavy and my engine has 16hp. I don't understand how you run such a small rear sprocket but I can't??
Really cool ! But , one day , you will wake up DEAD riding that thing , and let me guess , are you one of those guys that wear shorts while riding ? ? I thought so . lol .
What engine mods (if any) would I have to make in order to make the engine operational as a horizontal shaft engine. I have a 22hp kohler that I've been holding onto just for this but not sure about the engine working properly once mounted. Any help is appreciated. Nice freaking build bro ride safe man
@@GranlarSINe that's a hard one. Oil pickup for sure. But being able to mount it would be hard. If I were you I would look for a horizontal shaft engine.
I'm doing a 18hp 440cc build right now and it's going to be 2 speed, it will do 60mph first gear then 2nd gear should pick up way past 100mph. Full suspension build with steering damper for top speed stability and fully street legal. Sweet bike you have keep it going brother
An 18 horsepower 440cc engines got to be built right from like a 14 which I know is like a 420? my 18 horsepower v-twin is 573 cc's and 18 horsepower is just a stock number (3600 rpm) I know that it's making probably 22hp or more at (6000 rpm)
@@crazybuilder1412 check out 18hp duromax 440cc it's stock 3600rpm pushing that much, only difference with the v-twin is more torque that's it. I'm not using a duromax but it's a similar engine but mine is 16hp which I'll do a stage 1 on and it'll push about 18hp and some extra torques. No doubt the more displacement the better but remember weight is also an issue when it comes to the v-twins that's why I went 440cc
@@aaron7520 I agree, anyways I ditched the 2 speed cause of complications and just went single speed 40T and it rips up to 120mph at 6k rpm usually I run about 5k rpm which limits me to 108mph. Bike isn't perfect tho major faults in the drivetrain that I'm always working on. When it works it works awesome but I just took it out for a ride and it threw the primary chain at 50mph. I'm looking to build up a pair of v-twin mini bikes for a camping trip, and I'm loking for people that have done more than use their bikes for more than a little bit of show, i have an area for around a 4 1/2 hour to an 8 hour round trip, im hoping to find more then just played around and cant find anything remotely close to what im looking for. It's around a 500 or so mile round trip, im doing the build for next year after winter when we'll be able to get them out for longer periods of time. Im hoping and looking for reviews and opinions on weather or not the colemans and v-twins i have on order and all of the gear to buld them up for the trip would be up for the full ride, I'm planning a week around the whole trip from start to finish.
I don't trust Coleman's they break down all the time The frames crack and break even with the standard engines with just kids riding them. I recommend the Baja warrior I have never cracked or broken a frame on one and it is what my mini bike is based off of. Super strong frames or the MB200 if you want suspension.
Another hardtail, I can’t ride that too rough. But I would build one just like it with rear swingarm and shocks. Love the v twin !
old geezer
Okay
Coleman makes one with front and rear suspension
Effin Awesome! 😎
What's your gear ratio?
Wtf 😂
That’s badass as hell, I always want to get to the point of swapping a 670 in my mini bike I’m rocking a ghost 212
That sure is a sweet machine. Nice build hombre.

I have a torque converter

Can you show a video of the wiring diagram thanks
Awesome Dude 😎
That is just too much fun!
Too fast where did you get the sprocket
Fleet farm and I drilled the holes in it.

It'd probably max out at 80 in second gear. On paper its always nice.

I got dizzy watching this but cool bike
No transmission required ??
The belt drive is the transmission it's a CVT.
@@crazybuilder1412 waiting for the manual transmissions episode, lol
I would love to put a manual in it
That was ripping it😮
Bad ass
Smooth ride! Where do I get one?
40/12 gearing is best
Please tell me you’ve done a gps run with this animal
Yes I clocked it at 69.5 mph
Man!!....If you could figure out how to put a Harley 4spd transmission on that thing it would be wicked fast and you would have a kick starter
That definitely would be wicked The problem is it's already out of room In the frame completely for anything else.
Having a kickstart would be badass
What base bike did you start with is it a mega moto?
Baja warrior 200
Where can I find an engine like thay
Big riding mower
$2000 engine on a $200 bike, love it 🚲💵
Yep
Awesome
Awesome job man!
Too fast for the shoulder, if that’s your speed, ride it on the road , safer
Shoulder is a smoother ride and it really isn't road legal...yet.
@@crazybuilder1412 don’t matter id rather break the law then do something more dangerous tbh
How fast?
70mph
Nice
I'll make that wiring diagram video soon I've got to tear the bike back part again rebuild the engine again

The only real problem I've had with my mini bike is burning up belts and piston rings. Tone it down run the engine stock you shouldn't have a problem.

Yeah not surprising dirt bikes are designed to do that. my mini bike was only designed to do about 20mph max.
