My condolences friend, recently lost a childhood bestfriend myself. Death is never an easy circumstance but unfortunately part of life. Gotta keep on keeping on ✌
To eliminate the push that is happening from the front end steering. You can cut and weld it to 65 or 65.5 degrees from level and that will eliminate any push it once had all together. That's the degrees that top mountain bikes use and it works, end of story.
Great something to add to my wish list. I have a strong interest in 400cc engines, and I want to see that engine mated to a manual transmission and in a full suspension minibuggy. I know it won't happen but it is something I like thinking about.
Watching this channel brings back so many memories. I don't even have mini bikes and go karts anymore haven't in 25 yrs and my kids won't touch them not when they got there dirt bikes and quads. But it's fun to watch anyway lol makes me wanna build one.
That thing sounds really good and looks like it’s got some serious power. Just picked up a CT200U-EXV. Gonna play around with the stock hisun motor for a few months and eventually turn it into a powerful, reliable monster 😀. Great video. Keep em coming!👍
In the future I would honestly just stretch the rear of the frame rather than do a swing arm. An off road mini chopper would be a really funky direction to go with this bike. Love it keep up the good work boys.
I 'm being a jerk ! You need to start wearing your helmets!!! A helmet just saved my life in Nov! Please I love what you guys do and I don't want to see some get hurt! Trust me I'm still feeling it!
yeah i crashed in December, had my full face helmet on and the first thing to hit the ground was my face. or i had was a busted up knee. if it wasn't for that helmet it would have been a lot worse !!!
Oh man especially on these big motor mini bikes you need a full face helmet. They can go so fast and you can lose it in an instant. Scrambled brains is not how I want this channel to end.
Wearing a helmet is NOT a reflection of your skill level or manhood! Not sure why people look at it that way... Im a professional downhill MTB rider with over 17years of experience ride everything from motorized bicycles to Reverse trikes i own a sweet fleet of 14 different Machines ranging in cc/hp from 49.5cc to 1200cc.. yet i wracked my 80cc 8hp motorized bicycle doing 30mph took a turn to wide loose dirt into a 300lbs rock 🪨 folding my front end sending me flying over a 10ft fence landing on my neck and right shoulder. Luckily i had a helmet on and landed more on my shoulder than neck but still out of work for about 9-12mths have to do weeks of P.T and surgery to fix my shoulder.
Red Beard ! Whats up. Hey man great job! The only complaint I have is the term " fully welded ". Coming from a pipe welder, just say weld it out, fill it up, tig it out, mig it up. Fully welded sounds amature . Put your spin on it.... turn and burn what ever dude. Love your channel. And God Bless.
Hell yeah redbeard!! I own two first gen rx7s! An 85 and an 83 both with original 12a engine, but I am building a bridge port 13b 4port engine for it, already have the side draft manifold for 48 Weber, racing beat header, posi rear end, with disks all way around, lowered spring kit and 15in wjeels literally handles like it's on rsild
Whenever this weather clears, I'm turning the mini bike trike i put together for my daughter's, back into 2 wheel. My oldest, 10, rides the damn trike on 2 wheels anyways since she has matstered it 🤣 on the hunt for a smaller frame for my youngest.
I have built one of those 16 hp vangaurds and 3lc diesel valve springs are perfect. 3 L C briggs diesel that is.I had a .750 cam grind done on mine an it is a beast.
That thing sounds REALLY GOOD!!!!!! Sounds like a little hot rod! Excellent exhaust note, for such a goofy little bike. I want one. Does this engine have a shared crank pin or offset?
love your work...but looking at the forks...on mountain bikes, we run them with the brackets forward...yours are mounted reverse....that would definitely affect handling...beyond that, what about better innards for the forks? Marzocchi forks, the monster tee...those would be a good candidate to rob the lowers off...pretty sure there's enough room in there for a mini bike wheel :D ....watching buddy eat one there in that littel ditch dip...ouch...you could feel the clunk...cheers RBG crew!
CV carb with that small pod filter is one of your issues, they work but not as great as you think, it messes with the port to the diaphragm which messes with the slide and metering rod. A round slide or flat slide carb would work better as the slide operation isn't effected by the velocity since it works directly off the cable.
You guys are Killin it on these cart's and mini bikes just wanted to mention something to try moving the foot pegs twords the back of the bike 10 inches or so way more balanced to ride
Pretty sweet Greg! You would get a lot better throttle response from a mikuni style carb over what you have on there. These diaphragm carbs have really lazy throttle response just because of their design. This might be for the best though. She's already rowdy as is!
Seen the mobility scooter in back ground ...Ever going update on it and how that rear end worked out ?If was posie on gas and if work as one wheel when turned in steed of 2 and pushing ? Like you said were going to do what close to 2 years (lol)
Why didn't you take the foot rest bar and weld it on the out side instead of the inside? This would have gave you enough room to drain the oil and a little more leg extension.
I'm thinking of building me a mini chopper this spring my question is what exactly is this little engine and what are the specs and could you possibly throw the part # up there for that flywheel that a nasty little engine and I need one thank you
The frame your using, if you extend the frame on the tail 4 1\2 To 5 inches, I used slugs, it put the tire behind you. then you also have room for a battery box for electric start.
My uncle just died and he was a great man you remind me kinda like him mr red beard thanks for lightning the. Mood
My condolences friend, recently lost a childhood bestfriend myself. Death is never an easy circumstance but unfortunately part of life. Gotta keep on keeping on ✌
Did you uncle work on stuff like this? You had a cool uncle. Rest in peace, his presence remains
Good stuff right here. Id always wanted to put a V-Twin in a mini frame lol

Every time I watch your videos I get a real nice chuckle when Lonie hits the dirt on that sick wheelie during the intro
I'm glad you guys finally did a big boy mini bike.
So after seeing the paint bucket pit stand , this is the best video in quite some time! Thanks RBG Crew
I love oversized mini bikes - Absolute torque monsters.
Happy to see you back on the build content like this in the new shop. Bring it RBG
the frame already flexes with stock motor!
With measurements I'd just make and send some gussets. Bike is shaping up nicely!
ABSOLUTELY-----> OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!. 🙂

@@techmaven5900 already started, picking one in about an hour from facebook marketplace
Love to see that with a swing arm and forks with better rake! 👍👍🤘🏻🤘🏻
Always great to see a new r.b.g video

How fast does it go?
That's one of my favorites. Like a mini Harley.
Great tip on the flywheel 👍🏾
Nice man, that thing is gonna be a beast once you get it tuned up.
In the future I would honestly just stretch the rear of the frame rather than do a swing arm. An off road mini chopper would be a really funky direction to go with this bike. Love it keep up the good work boys.
hope you put some more aggressive tires on it, it is a beast
Nice you guys!!!! Definitely want to put that 479 in my Coleman for sure!
Please do a build video on a Vanguard, I have wanted an in-depth build for sooooo long.
Briggs POWER !
That's what I want to build v twin engine on mini bike 😎 very awesome build guys
We love to up the power, but never do anything about the lousy brake system. Need to put some discs on the front.
That things awesome she’s a ripper bud 🤘🏻🐿🤘🏻 thanks for the shoutout , glad the carb worked out 👍👍
That’s cool Dorito that you hook him up with a nice carburetor.
5:45 is by far the best audio in the video!!
WOOP WOOOP!!!!!!! KILLIN IT!!!! SICK BIKE!!
That sounds awesome I'm running straight piped 420cc I rode the bearings out of it last weekend, 10 miles
Sounds amazing.

Very cool project 24° steering rake would be more relaxed. Where to put a battery? A swing arm with a big mono shock and a wider rear tire.
I like builds like this!

Love the mini bike videos👍
What kind of welders are running? Looks like prime weld. Is that right?
Love it! A mini bike for us full bodied fellas! 😎
thing sound amazing
Nice job 👍
That bike is awesome it sounds like a whole muscle car
It sounds kind of restricted in my opinion. But, other than that... It must be Pretty Fast!🖒👌✋
awesome build.. cant wait to see it with the tuning done. that's my kind of mini bike.. lol :)

That things bad ass I build pit bikes and I’m very impressed with thing it sounds absolutely insane man hell of a job
Man that's awesome. It should be called BOSS MOSS 😆 like the boss hoss 😆
what a beast!!!
im waiting to see yall do something to a buffalo trail sport mini.. it has a larger frame and 20inch tires..
I got the same motor on a golf cart. But I want to do a different intake manifold and upgraded carburetor. Any ideas?
Add some timing while your jetting it !
Sweet ass build yo !
Torque activated !
that first gen rx7 is so nice and mint
Move the seat spring further forward to the fulcrum, like a motocross swing arm
Great content as always, beautiful scenery 👌

Well RB, I sure hope you ain't no racist cause we us Puerto Ricans sure do love your show here in NYC bud!

with the greater low end torque.. could you run a smaller rear sproket?
great stuff!

Yuppp
So removing governor is bad? It can blow your leg off?
Please show some love to that rx7
When r u putting a rear swingarm on this one, I'd love to see it
Are you running a 35 chain on this?
I'm thinking of building me a mini chopper this spring my question is what exactly is this little engine and what are the specs and could you possibly throw the part # up there for that flywheel that a nasty little engine and I need one thank you
I know this is an old video, but how did you attach the ammo can?
What gas tank is that? I also got a ct200uex. Big block one day!
How many engines did you swap on that bike😏
When did you bring the original into back
Would you ever consider a vtwin on a TrailMaster?
Now ur talking!! That's exactly what I want to see, and like to own.
The frame your using, if you extend the frame on the tail 4 1\2 To 5 inches, I used slugs, it put the tire behind you. then you also have room for a battery box for electric start.
Where did this build end up
Engine is setting on the shelf and I gave the bike away to someone.
@ are you still messing with the feather light surface drive?
Ah yes, the fat man's Coleman. Don't think a 212 would haul me around for too long, this build is about perfect.
would you please do a speed test on an asphalt I'm from Brazil I liked the project
