I also love the speed at which you do the exercises. Your musical selection is also excellent. I also love that you show modifications in the top corner, so I can see it when I am on the floor. I love that you include a bit of yoga and stretching too, we are giving love to parts of the body that often get ignored. I love that your music is not louder than your voice. I especially also REALLY LOVE that you include warm up and cool down after each workout. Its gotten to the point where I won't do a workout that doesn't include this. Oh and I like the creativity of the exercises. You are just GREAT Mik ~!

Yay for warm up and cool down! Yay for NO REPEATS! Great combination of explaining the move, occasionally adding in posture tips, mixing up so I don't feel like I'm doing 30 minutes of a variation on squats, and keeping the music as non-intrusive background. 🙂
