I have all the faith that you have forever changed our lives giving us the ability and capability to make this a life style. You have offered everything that was missing from our food plan. I want you to know, we are eternally grateful to you. You have blessed us and so many others with your knowledge, wisdom, and perseverance. We can't thank you enough. Praying for you and your family during this trying time. Not being in your own space is very stressful anytime and especially when you have a food plan to follow. Reminds me of the movie, One Foot In Heaven w Frederic March & Martha Scott & it tells the story of a man who changed from being a dr to a minister & the trials and tribulations as he’s assigned different pastorates over the years. It all comes out ok in the end.
I can relate. My husband is a pastor. 26 years ago we came to our new church and expected to get a house quickly. We lived in the gymnasium of the church for 6 months! I had go across a breezeway to the church kitchen to cook. They put a shower insert in a bathroom stall. Looking back, those were some great moments, and my kids have fond memories of their life in the gym. Prayers for you! At least I had a semi working kitchen to use.

Ministry can be very hard. A building full of different people that come from different backgrounds and different traumatic experiences. The greatest piece of advice I was ever given and was very instrumental in how I interacted with them is this: ~~~ They are HIS sheep first, and you are caring for them on HIS behalf. HE knows them best, where they came from and what they have been through and HE loves them tremendously. If you have an issue with them bring it to HIM alone and HE will show you how to love them through HIS eyes. As HIS servant, follow HIS example of, he stooped down and washed HIS disciples feet in a position of humility. Wish you well in this journey.

You are one incredible nonstop young lady! I made your buttermilk biscuits this week for sausage and gravy and they were great! I made "mini" size, so next time will lower oven temp from 425 to 400 and cook a little less. I checked blood glucose an hour after and it was only 88, so thanks again for YOUR winning flour(s)! I'm new to keto and to using a glucose/ketone monitor even though I'm not diabetic. I want to stay healthy and appreciate you SO much! (Am still using oat fiber, with almond flour, but soon ready to open my bamboo fiber. I'm having a T2 diabetic friend over to make a batch of flour for herself so she too can share in what your create.) I use Ezekiel bread, and I can do real good with that. I like the one with the sesame seeds that bread sprouted wheat. It is flourless.

You are one incredible nonstop young lady! I made your buttermilk biscuits this week for sausage and gravy and they were great! I made "mini" size, so next time will lower oven temp from 425 to 400 and cook a little less. I checked blood glucose an hour after and it was only 88, so thanks again for YOUR winning flour(s)! I'm new to keto and to using a glucose/ketone monitor even though I'm not diabetic. I want to stay healthy and appreciate you SO much! (Am still using oat fiber, with almond flour, but soon ready to open my bamboo fiber. I'm having a T2 diabetic friend over to make a batch of flour for herself so she too can share in what your create.) This is crazy, I just got home from the grocery store (Crest) and they had the Legendary pop tarts on sale 2for$5.00. I just sat down and I'm trying the brown sugar & cinnamon pop tart while watching your video and it's so good! It's just ironic huh! I need to find the cinnamon rolls now!
