Thank you Muchelle! It's so refreshing to hear it acknowledged that habits and routines don't necessarily work for everyone. So much of productivity and self-improvement content has focused on habits for years now (probably since Atomic Habits was released), that the feeling of failure is inevitable for those of us who can't get many habits to stick despite trying over and over. Makes me think of Gretchen Rubin's four tendebcies. And I guess upholders might do well with structures and more "rigid" habits.
